First off, this place is filthy. Second, it’s been awhile since I’ve been to a KFC but my kid loves fried chicken so I stopped to get her a snack, I know everything has gone up in price this was crazy. $10.31 for 2 drum sticks and a small soda! Look at the picture and tell me that is worth 10 bucks. I’m done with this place, PopEyes is across the street, go there.

Omg!!! I did NOT even want to give this place one star! From the moment I waited in the drive through line- for five minutes to then be told I had to come inside to pick up my online order…… haven’t heard of such but ok, went inside to where the place was dirty af, not ONE cashier up front. I waited patiently and even watched an employee speak with a “friend”, take his NON payment order ….. I proceeded to ask that employee if he could look for my order since it was NOT ready at my scheduled pick up time( which I understand there’s busy times-dinner) he said “ I don’t know- I’ll check.” N walked away n I never saw him again….. 35 minutes later, 5-6 customers standing in the lobby and NOOOOO cashier /front person . Finally!!!! Someone walks in- i of course( now upset, just worked 10hrs) say can someone plzzzzzzzzzz get my order, I’ve been waiting for 35 minutes- he literally had to go back several screens to see how long I’ve been waiting! I get my order, no apologies for the wait nothing!!!! Get the food!!! Fries are cold, soda tastes like straight syrup & chicken nuggets were nasty n pinkish…….. OMG never again kfc!

This KFC in Pleasantville NJ has to be the worst KFC in the ENTIRE WORLD. Not only did they give me chicken that looked like someone was eating it already, they also gave me hot coleslaw. Secondly, no one and I mean no one in the place had on a clean uniform, or even a uniform at all. There was a man with a filthy white t-shirt, walking through the kitchen with a pair of work boots in his hands no name tag, not in uniform. I believe this restaurant is a breeding ground for illness. Thirdly, when I ordered for pick up I went to go inside of the store and they told me that I had to have a car in order to pick up my order because they didn’t have a cashier to take my payment even though I paid online. Someone seriously needs to check on this establishment before you have a plethora of people sick or create another pandemic. I would much rather eat out of the trash before I ever eat there again.

40 mins we stood inside waiting to be helped. 3 men in the back talking about basketball instead of helping customers. The entire dining room had customers waiting to be helped. I asked for a manager and 2 girls were by the drive thru window and they just looked at me and said nothing. I let the kid know (which is exactly what he was a kid) that this customer service was horrible he said he doesn’t even care. I walked out and so did a few of your other customers. I will be reaching out further to corporate since this location doesn’t have managers.tbis place is HORRIBLE

It was three in my party and we waited over 45 minutes for ordering. Fry’s was cold chicken was greasy. Hostile atmosphere because everyone was upset for it taking so long for their orders. No I will not recommend this KFC to anyone nor will I visit there again. Sorry Atlantic City KFC. Please do better.

The person I took my order after he took it he asked me three times what I ordered then he got it all together without even wearing gloves and just threw the bag on the counter. I was standing at and gave somebody else their food, and then he looked at me and says, where’s my food he goes oh, that’s the bag over there That’s the kind of service they have in this place and I’m visiting from another state and I would never go to that store again.
