This is THE WORSE experience I’ve ever had in any fast food restaurant i arrived at 7pm and finally walked out at 7:57pm. The staff is completely lost and in lala land the young lady at the register had the ultimate attitude. They kept giving our food away to the wrong people and when questioned about it they just kept saying it’s coming out oh and to top it off the ac wasn’t on and it was HOT in there. Place is run down and looked dirty garbage everywhere 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

They have two employees. I give the ladies working at this KFC an A because they busted there hump working the drive through and the counter while cooking the chicken. Thats probably why my chicken was burnt. The owner better get it together. The chicken appeared to be cooked in Burnt oil.

Was just in this location, waited for 15 minutes to place order with other customers while worker was attending to the take out customers. When ask to speak to manager which I did, the manager told me she’s doing something and that we have to wait until the take out orders are fullfill as she walked away. Makes no sense to get a reply like that from a manager, so I left after waiting for 20 minutes. Terrible service and management.

This KFC has drive through open so any takeout/ delivery orders have to get in the drive through line. That drive through line gets some traffic pretty fast and the wait times just increase exponentially. I’ve ordered multiple times with them, some directly online, while other times, through food delivery services like DoorDash. They really have a hard time finding my order and every time I had to explain them about the order and the items that it consisted. If your order is ready, they’ll just give it you at the drive through counter or else, they’ll tell you to wait at the parking lot and they’ll then bring it out to you.

Came in on July 1st at 8p.m. ordered two orders of popcorn chicken and had to wait 15 minutes. On top of that they gave us small boxes. We asked the manager about it and he said that it was due to the pandemic. We ordered from here a month prior and got the proper sizes for the order. I pointed out the fact that they put it in a fries box and it didn’t phase them.
