We ordered 12 piece bucket with the regular chicken that we always order when we go to kfc. The woman who took our order she gave us the 12 piece bucket with fried chicken. When we open it in our table we found she gave us the wrong one. We immediately took it to the counter and showed it. She looked at the screen and said we ordered the fried chicken. Me, my husband, children were there while giving the order, we both got shocked,,after her statement. My children were asking too why did she gave us the fried one, as we ordered the regular one . She put the wrong item in the system and said we ordered that!!! Please we would suggest keep a audio recorder in the store, if you don’t want to admit your mistake!! We couldn’t eat that fried chicken even half of them , as we don’t like fired chicken. Very weird, never expected and experienced this kind of behaviour before in kfc !!!

I asked for an 8 piece meal and an 8 piece nuggets. I had trouble hearing the person at the counter and she seemed annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself. When I got home not only did I get a 4 piece meal the chicken pieces were very small. Two wing and two legs. Popeyes is closer so I won’t be going to KFC anytime soon

WAYYYYYY OVER PRICED!!! ,Purchased $30.00 worth of food , three kfc bowls there were only four small pieces of chicken in each bowl two that were Rock hard breading not even chicken , won’t be back !!!!

Missing lots of food from the online order. Food was ready 25 minutes late after the online pick up time. Staff can barely speak English and work at a snails pace. Avoid this place.
