i could give the worst rating if i could , took the $38 deal and found a hair on the biscuit , i said crispy but instead she gave me all shaggy skinned chicken & gave a a pouch soda bag , i asked her nicely could you give me a courtesy cup so that i can pour the drinks from the pouch ? she gave me an attitude and said sorry that’s all you get , i said well can you give me a straw at least otherwise i don’t see how kids are gonna drink that from the KFC pouch , and she gave me 2 tissues in total for my family of 5 dining in !!

I hate having to ASK for butter/honey or NAPKINS!! Also, I guess the serving size in the bowl went down, yet the price went up. Amazing how that works! The picture is what I got WITHOUT ONE BITE TAKEN! What a shame!!

I specifically stated that I would like mashed potatoes because I do not like the new fries. I was a fan of the wedges. The person on the register stated she understood. When I get home I have fries. Like really!!!!!! Also i had tenders and they gave me a hard time to give me dipping sauce. I had to explain that I ordered tenders and I would like sauce they gave me one. I asked for one more and it was like I was speaking a totally different language. They finally gave it but I did not appreciate the service, the attitude and especially giving me the wrong order. I will not come to this KFC anymore because the level of aggrevasion is not worth it. Bunch of non professional fools behind the counter.

All the items are fresh, hot and delicious. The manager and staff are professional, helpful and know how to handle unruly and trashy people. Restaurant is clean and pricing is still reasonable.

Such horrible service. Then they tried to serve me food that someone else brought back in opened. They put cheese on top and relidded it and put it in my bag.. isabella is a employee who seriously needs a speaking with.. the manager also needs a training day. I will be callling the board kf health after this..
