Ordered 16 Piece chicken tenders meal. Received a variety. Was told it comes with 1/2 gallon of soda, never got that. No soda with the meal I ordered either. Cashier seemed like he knew absolutely nothing about the menu.

DO NOT GO TO KFC ANYMORE! Their recipes have drastically changed, the new recipe for their chicken is absolutely abominable, I have eaten better chicken tenders for a whole lot less money at school lunch. The potato wedges used to be so good and they decided to replace them with overcooked dried out french fries that they overload with spices to cover up how terrible their french fries are. The mac and cheese is so unappetizing that you would probably enjoy eating microwaveable mac and cheese from dollar tree for $1 more than you will the taste of their current mac and cheese recipe(with no extra flavorings just their processed cheese that they get in mass quantity for about two cents a pound). What a joke they can’t even serve food that is better than school lunch. I’ll just take myself back to school for a lunch if I’m that desperate…

Chicken has always been perfect. Not too oily or overcooked. The staff also pays close attention to what you ask for at the drive-thru, nothing worse than when a restaurant messes up your order and you don’t find out until you are home. Not the case here, so far they have been great.

Chicken was fine but the COLE SLAW went BAD and they sold it… once i opened the cole slaw from the family meal all 4 of them just ROTTEN.. it just smelled bad and tasted rotten. PLEASE USE DIFFERENT LOCATION

I was going to write a horrible review for this store bc I was trying to customize a bucket of a 10 piece family meal about 3 weeks ago. The guy that was originally on the mic didn’t comprehend what I wanted… “half crispy half original but I wanted two breast in original, Two breast In crispy and the rest drum sticks..” easy enough right? We’ll he tried to understand than finally said we can’t do that! I got so frustrated I finally just said “forget it I’m going to The other KFC”… But I was already in the drive-through line, so I had to wait for the car in front of me to pay get his food and go… As I was passing the window a man opened the window and stopped me from going. It was Dave the manager… Or at least I think he was, but he wanted to explain that it wasn’t that they couldn’t do it, it was just that my order was confusing. So I reiterated my order to him and he said “that’s it?!?” and I confirmed. They’ve since then provided me with excellent customer service… Today I went back, and asked for the same exact customization, and Dave without hesitation said “hello Elaine, I remember you!” Lol Dave went above and beyond trying to satisfy a customer… I give this restaurant five stars because of DAVES impeccable customer service! Thank you Dave for making my experience with your store always pleasurable from three weeks ago until now… you always have such an Infectious positive personality. Welcoming and friendly… I hope I always get you on the mic!
