I’m usually not one to complain especially about somewhere I don’t go often and I genuinely enjoy the kfc bowls. But I’m just pregnant and highly upset that they didn’t give me my fries with my chicken tenders combo. Just got home from going through the drive through and no fries.

This is the worst KFC I’ve been too. I have to agree with all the other negative reviews. Everytime I have ever went there, or if someone in my household didn’t know any better and made the mistake of ordering from there, no matter what time of day, the chicken is never fresh. Always taste like it has been sitting under the heat lamp forever. Also, the department of health really needs to surprise visit this place to make sure they are cleaning their soda machine lines correctly, or IF AT ALL. The soda has always had a smell similar to a public bathroom. I don’t know what it is, but its disgusting. Probably mold. For the prices these fast food places are charging, you would expect them to make sure the food being put out is fresh. I avoid this particular KFC and either go to a different town to find one with better management, or I swing over to Popeyes where everytime I’ve been there, it has always been fresh.

I almost didn’t eat here because of reviews until I saw another person say they have been doing alot better. Chicken was fresh and amazing tonite. Staff was polite. I’m not one to write reviews but these guys seem to have taken alot of the feedback and have been making an effort so I would definitely recommend giving them another chance if you’ve had problems in the past

Went to buy chicken combo 8 piece got home only 6 pieces where able to eat the other 2 no meat, 4 biscuits hard as a rock , potatoes were cold, no wonder nobody was in there, or maybe can’t go for dinner.

Grand father orders some popcorn chicken. We get home and theres purple hair in the food. We go back and then they are like here take more chicken from the contaminated chicken. The popcorn chicken should have been thrown away and replaced not selling the same batch that was full of hair.

DISGUSTING! We ordered an 8 piece bucket. The chicken was way over cooked and DRY! The coleslaw tasted nice but again, DRY! The gravy was watered down to “gravy soup”. Even the biscuits were “chewy”! Fortunately, you can’t mess up instant potatoes. $34.00 to fill up our garbage! Something has to change at this location.
