Tiniest chicken servings I’ve ever seen. The thighs and the drums are for toddlers! Also No option to choose for other chicken parts for online orders. Staff did not even care to do anything when I showed them how ridiculous the 12-piece BUCKET of chicken looks like.

Stopped today. Ended up ordering 4 tenders twice, no lunch deal. Little did we know you can’t order tenders by themselves unless alacarte, which means very expensive. So $22 for 8 tenders. Order rep could have said “there’s an 8 pack for $10. Want that?”. Nope. Not everyone should be working retail.

Don’t even bother coming late at night. I came at about 9:30 and saw they were open and even had people hanging out in the lot. When I pulled up to the drive thru I was greeted by a “we closed!” I tried to ask if the hours were wrong but I got no response. As I was leaving I realized the people hanging out in the parking lot were the staff.

Ordered a famous bowl and an original chicken breast at the drive-thru. Got home and found that they gave me a crispy chicken breast, the famous bowl had no gravy and they forgot the cookie. It was edible but not what I wanted. Disappointing experience. Employee at the window was friendly, so that earned them a couple of stars. Otherwise, thumbs down.

Online order…went in 5 minutes after the scheduled pick up time and still had to wait 20 minutes. Lady at the counter didn’t know anything about it. Order was for an 8 piece bucket meal and chocolate cake. Biscuits were undercooked and doughey, chicken tasted dry and old, large mashed potatoes was less than half filled, ordered 4 sauces but received none, and no cake.

We pulled up at 8:45 to get some food to go. The door says the lobby is open until 9. We are in a truck pulling a trailer, so we could not fit in the drive thru. The door was locked. Nobody would answer the phone either. And it isn’t like they had a line in the drive thru either. I wish I could give it 0 stars!

She did not provide me with a receipt, until I stood there waiting to request one. I ordered a 12 piece which comes with three sides. I was charged without permission for a charity, come to find out they’re required to get a certain amount per month. I did not receive my six biscuits and my mashed potatoes had no gravy. The girl with blue braids was rude to the other people ordering food at their drive-through.
