Placed an order online, drove to the restaurant and parked in the quick pick up spot like I was instructed to do. Went to go inside and the doors were locked. 230pm. Got back in my car and headed to the drive thru. Was handed my food and pulled up because there was a car behind me. Checked the bags and was missing mashed potatoes and nuggets. Went back to the drive thru window, and one of the employees said they didn’t have nuggets so they just added more tenders to the one box. I’m pretty sure that’s something to talk to the customer about but hey what do I know… I proceeded to drive home, to only find out when I got there that the extra crispy dark meat bucket I ordered, was not what I received, my large Mac and cheese had the amount of a original size in it and the “extra” tenders I was given in place of the no nuggets was 2 tenders and the whole box seemed to be tenders ripped in half. Not to mention the medium soda that came with my $5 fill up meal was not drinkable. I spent almost $60 and am highly disappointed.

The employees here have the most disgusting attitudes and can’t use their words to express themselves. Made a pickup order for dinner at 4:37PM before leaving work yesterday, arrive at the restaurant a little after 5PM and see that my order was set as “ready for pickup” on Grubhub. I went through the drive through not realizing they had a pickup order shelf inside the restaurant and was told “I had to come inside”…I wish they just told me they had a pickup order shelf as soon as I pulled up to the window rather than telling me “I have to come inside” rudely with no explanation. I go inside and I am told my order isn’t ready as yet…even though they marked the order as ready through Grubhub. I ask for a guesstimate on time just so I can know how long I would have to wait since I had to pick up my children from daycare by 5:30 (it’s now 5:15-ish) the response I had yelled at me multiple times was “It will be ready when I am done” with a disgusting attitude. I ended up leaving and getting my money back so that I could order from an establishment that treats their customers better and is honest about when your order is ready. I will never order from this location again. I’d advise you go somewhere else too.

Ordered the fill up box, received 2 pieces of chicken, scoop of fries and 4 biscuits. Waste of money!! Someone obviously changed the Colonels recipe, and there were no nuggets included!! This location must have poor management!! Can’t even call because phone simply disconnects without even ringing!

If you need KFC, do not ever order from Del.Ave. kfc. Every order through grubhub was wrong. Not just wrong but as if it was someone else’s order. Grubhub also to blame (dont use GH) , but – in trying to call the restaurant, the phone was “out of order”. No phone for a restaurant is out of order. Avoid at all costs. Whoever owns this franchise is a 100% fraud.

This drive thru line is crazy and It’s almost 2pm,doors are locked even though they say lobby open it most certainly is not. Then the attitude is thicker than a Wendy’s milkshake like YOU’RE inconveniencing THEM… THEN they STILL mess up your order,have more attitude for you having the audacity to want your order the way you ordered it!!! Been there two times in two weeks and can’t seem to get my order right. First time I was missing stuff and fries and tenders were old and cold. Second time I told them about the missing biscuit was told no problem and up on getting home found out I was charged for it. Also got a 5 piece tenders of which I only got three!!! Probably won’t go to KFC at that location again which is a shame since I love in the area.

The KFC food here is probably the best in the US. It brings me back to memories of good KFC brought home for dinner on those special occations. And the glorious abomination of the “Double Down” is better here than I remember it being anywhere else in my travels from the original run. The Taco Bell food is hit or miss. If the cool podcast voice guy is there, the food is always good.
