This is what I received for an 8 piece. Was told if I drive 30 minutes each way they will replace my meal.. but will not refund me. Shouldn’t have to drive an hour round trip for this to be made right.

The 8 pieces for $10 online is a great deal. I will be buying that again for my dad. The pot pie is very good. So is the chocolate cake. I wanted some sweet corn but $3.29 was a bit pricey so I skipped that. The employees were extremely helpful.

EVERYTIME we order from this location, our order is WRONG. I’m not exaggerating when I say EVERYTIME. I understand that workers are human and mistakes will be made from time to time but everytime is a bit much. If we choose to go to a KFC in the future, we will go to the 7th North location (which is a little further) as the few times we have ordered from there our order has been accurate.

Giving two stars because both of the teenagers working last night were very kind and showed customer service skills. The single adult working with them showed the exact opposite. We were told in order to get a deal of any kind we had to use the app. So we sat down and did so. The app is not user friendly and kept crashing. 15-20 mins later I’m ready to put in card information which I do 4 times and I get “error not found”. I tell and show the teens this (no customers in the store and no one in the drive thru) and both of them told me the app has had issues let me get the manger. As the young girl is talking to the manager I see him laugh and probably make snide remarks as he’s laughing to himself- she kept a face of almost disapproval. After the young boy also went to get this manager he finally walks up and rolls his eyes! Tells me there are no issues with the app (laughing) and he can’t help in anyway (after I asked) and then he just walked away. We were fully prepared to pay the $80 without a deal but not after getting laughed at. All in all we ended up with great chicken for cheaper elsewhere! And to these teen’s parents thank you for raising good ones! As for the adult you might want to take some lessons from the kids you work with.

Nice place to get fried chicken. Chicken has been consistently good. One thing though I must say that needs improvement: the biscuits, at least at this location have not been fully cooked. Somewhat doughy. Not hard to fix. I mean well. We love the place.
