Bad experience every time I go there not only I always have to wait but on top of that they always mess up the order somehow. This is the last time for us. Drive through cashier was too busy talking to co-worker instead of serving us properly then we had to wait which is not that big of a deal. But we the food and come home to find out we did not get our receipt, we did not our gravy for the mashed potatoes, no napkins, no silvevers, and out of 8 pieces omg chicken 3 were wings. The piece of original recipe I had was bloody and I ended up trashing it.

I wish they would hire someone who wasn’t stoned making orders.Second time i have ordered food and they just chuck it into a box and send it out the window So this is the cortland “famous bowl” it’s cool to drive all the way home and this is what you find. Real cute.

Every time I go to KFCI always ask for A famous bowl with no corn and extra mashed potatoes. They never give me the extra mashed potatoes I get way too much gravy and sometimes they forget and put the corn in anyways the other night I ordered a small fry and it wasn’t even hardly any fries in the container. The employees there are very rude. I would not recommend going to this restaurant.
