Terrible wait. Noone even greeted us upon arrival. At 9pm no choice in chicken but original. Not even asked to wait to drop more. Just terrible.. won’t be to this location again. Bye.

This happened literally from 7:20 – 7:45pm yesterday, 4/23/23. The “manager” on duty was disrespectful and unprofessional. Waited a good five minutes before anyone came to the front counter and even then I was ignored, had to interrupt and give them the names of the two Door Dash orders I was waiting on. One kid started getting take out orders together, handed me one, then disappeared. At this point I’m there for 15 minutes and told they’re waiting on chicken nuggets. Okay, fine, no problem, they were definitely busy. All of a sudden they’re all in the back, I hear someone ask another kid if he wants to go smoke a joint. He said he felt peer pressured, laughed, and gave me this awkward glance. I said I don’t know where the other kid went, but I also need two drinks for the order. I heard him tell someone twice that I needed the drinks. At this point another woman is standing at the counter, waiting to place her order. Finally, after waiting for over 20 minutes, the “manager” is bagging the food and asks the guy at the drive thru to get the drinks. I comment that it’s crazy how during all that time, no one had gotten the drinks. He says they’re short staffed. I said okay, but clearly unorganized as well, it took two seconds to get the drinks. So the manager mocks me and says to the drive thru guy “thanks for taking the two seconds to get those drinks”. I ask if it’s possible to get a drink carrier and he says he was “waiting for me to ask”. I asked for his name and to talk to the manager and he walked away. The woman next to me still hadn’t been acknowledged and pointed out his red and white striped “manager” shirt – mind you not a single employee was wearing a name tag. This “manager” walked behind the kitchen where he was out of sight, ignoring me when I was asking for his name. The woman next to me walked out of the restaurant and left, said it was unbelievable how he was acting. The kid who felt peer pressured about the joint came up to the counter and unfortunately received the brunt of my frustration. He also wouldn’t tell me his name but claimed to be one of the managers. Refused to give me the other manager’s name. It’s understandable that a lot of places are understaffed, but even when you’re understaffed and busy, you still work in customer service. They had plenty of time to mess around in the back when everything was at a stand-still, but couldn’t bother to finish getting me the order I needed or take that other woman’s order. I will be contacting corporate.

We ordered from Uber Eats and went to pick up the order ourselves when we saw ‘your order is ready’ on Uber Eats. Then the guy at the drive-through window told us there was no order from Uber. When we asked him to check again, he slammed the window and said there’s no product for us, asking us to cancel the order. It was a very bad experience.

On 08.05.2023 night. Poor staff at drive-thru, when you said “Ready for Pickup” on UberEat and we went to pick up, the truth is we could not pick anything, and the staff was rude, impatient, and slammed the window to us.

I was at 7th North location Last Night.. and the person ( Andrew) who took my order could not hear what I was saying because the air fans .. when I asked him to repeat and asked him to Reinstate what I asked him… Seemed to be slightly annoyed… .. then after ordering a 37 dollar meal rolled his eyes when I asked for condiments I felt the amount of condiments words sufficient after walking away from me.. he exclaimed and huffy .. I said thank you and left … Absolutely in happy with service… Food was super fresh .. and he never tried to upsell me I was expecting him to try to upsell or offer a different similar food plan…

For the first time after a while saw franchises, corporate bussines location so clean at first at food facility, guests friendly, customer oriented. Thank you,guys. I was surprised and gave a compliment to manager on duty. I visited randomly because of transportation CSX crew members and waiting time was longer than expected, so, i decided to have a party, lunch time on my own. This kind of organizational skills not only because military, AirForce base location i assume but Nanotechnology as well. See you soon or when i will be in the town, Liverpool, NY.

This was my first time here. All of my food came out separately and the food I waited on the longest was the oldest. When I asked for new potatoes the counter girl (dark hair, younger) assured me there were potatoes coming out fresh soon. I waited and after a time went to the counter to ask how much longer, I was ignored the first few times and finally acknowledged from behind the board without even a glance. She admitted to having just dropped the potatoes in the fryer while I’d already been standing there waiting for a time, watching her sweep and wander around. I left without my remade tacos, and will not ever return to this location.
