Food by far far was the worst KFC I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! The food that I ordered I didn’t receive. They told me they couldn’t take it back and I would have to pay extra because they are not allowed to take food back and they do not give any refunds so they gave me more chicken to compensate for the misunderstanding. I get home and ate some of it and have been feeling sick ever since. I told the girl at the window the chicken look like it was dirty and that it was not cooked thoroughly, she said unfortunately all the chicken looks like that. French fries was cold

Mac and Cheese tastes like poison today idk who is cooking in there but they can’t cook, never had KFC Mac taste this bad. Waited for place to open at 10:30. Walked in ordered bucket of chicken. Sorry no chicken for 20 more minutes! Why say open at 10:30 if no food is available? Lobby and restroom were so filthy! Remnants of food, napkins and dirt all over the floors and restroom. Restroom so ugh! Didnt want to touch anything! Nasty and unsanitary place! Wouldn’t trust to eat here. Went to Popeyes half mile down the road instead. So much cleaner and food was ready!

There has been a KFC here for as long as I can remember. It has evolve into mainly a drive-thru. But they do have seating inside and on this particular day I went inside with a couple of colleagues and treat it like it was a regular restaurant. There were actually families in there eating and a couple of individuals. The staff is friendly and they accommodated us as best they could with paper trays and other things to give us the “sit down meal” experience. The service was fast and the food is pretty much the same as it always is at a KFC. Erie Blvd is a divided road so if you exit out one of the driveways you can only turn right and would have to go to the next intersection to go back the other way. The other driveway is at a intersection with a traffic light and you can go left or right.

We wanted something to so we stop on South Salina to grab a bite to eat .. my Girlfriend had to use the bathroom. .she came out making a puking motion because the bathroom was a completely uddered disaster. . There were roaches and she had to hover over toilet . Costumers complained bout how long they were waiting for food.. you get no stars horrified by the experience we left

I placed an online order over an hour in advance. I arrived at 7:00 pm to pick up the order only to be told that someone threw out all of the food in the restaurant and it would be a 30-40 minute wait for the food to be remade. As I didn’t have time to wait that long, I asked for a refund. The employee that I spoke to told me that he couldn’t issue a refund and that I would need to speak to corporate. Absolutely unacceptable!
