This is the second time I went to the Rome KFC. The first time the chicken wasn’t very good, greasy and it wasn’t crispy let alone extra crispy as I ordered. The second time I went in the chicken was again terrible. I normally don’t eat a lot of KFC because it’s not really on my diet plan but I thought a lot of time passed let me try it agin….I am so sorry I did. Again it was the worst KFC I ever tasted! The store had garbage on the kitchen floor. It tasted as if it was fried in old oil and it definitely was not extra crispy. I used to go to the KFC in New Hartford but since the one in Rome is on the way home from my camp, I thought I would try it again…..really sorry I did! The young lady that waited on me was very pleasant. I wish I took pictures so I could have shown how bad it looked.

I ordered a four piece combo from KFC with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. I go to bite into the chicken and it is PINK. Chicken is not supposed to be pink KFC, so is this what you serve customers? Instead of trying to rush an order, maybe let the chicken cook…fully? I hope no one else has this experience but beware of this KFC in Rome, NY.

This place is awful. First customers of the day and there’s still food on the tables from yesterday. Cashier was complaining about doing her job and was passive aggressive. Also forgot to drop the fries we ordered and told us 10 mins after we ordered

5th time coming to this location and im told every time that there are no pot pies think they just are refusing to make them at this point.other than that food is the same as any other kfc joint. We would do better with a chic filet or kennedys but unfortunately this is what we have to work with
