I’m not sure how this place has such a high rating. My order is always wrong. Staff is rude and tries to rush you through your order. Nine times out of ten the chicken is old, even at peak meal hours. They also conveniently never give you a receipt, so no chance for a review there. And if you order a sandwich it will probably be dry since they can’t squeeze the bottle hard enough to get sauce out I guess? And of course the drink. I hope you like trying new flavors because you won’t get what you ordered and it’s mostly carbonation anyway.

I wish I could leave a 0 star. I had an interview that was scheduled for over a week. And upon my arrival I was informed by a guy with tattoos (manager) yelling rudely that I had to come back at after 2 and I could tell by the look on the girls eyes she didn’t want to tell me that. As I was applying for a manger position I would have expected a more professional way of going about it. No sorry or nothing just come back after 2. I scheduled everything around this interview and wasted my time and has to drive there when he had no intention of interviewing me at that time spot. He could have called or something. You guys lost a great candidate.

Heard amazing things about the Nashville hot chicken and the superb crunch and juicy chicken. So I ordered here and bleeeehhhh. The chicken was obviously old. Its was dry, chewy and no crunch at all the fries were okay, they had good flavor. The biscuits was really good. Soft on the inside!

They gave me two bottom buns and left out my fries to both sandwich meals and I requested honey and no luck either we didn’t receive it everything was cold and biscuits were hard over all bad I shall not be ordering here again

Food has gone downhill since the last time I was at KFC. They did not have original had to get crispy the chicken was slimy and rubbery the biscuits are half the size they used to be . The employees were loud and sounded unprofessional yelling at each other in Spanish . I will not be back.
