My husband was there today & ordered one 8 piece bucket & requested legs only (which he has done before with no problem) & was told he would have to wait about 20 minutes since it was a “specialty order” & my husband said that was ok. When the order was ready ( originally taken by a very nice woman behind the counter) the manager came out & said to my husband ,” I can’t do this ,just all legs. Now what am I going to do with the thighs!?” He was very rude & nasty the way he talked to my husband. He was a fairly young person & he should take a class in how to treat customers. Well I can say we will never go back .

We went there to get dinner and were informed that there was no original recipe and that we’d have to wait 45 minutes. This was at six o’clock. There was also no restroom available. 1 door was locked and you have to walk around the building to the other door. Why not put up a sign?

Went to this store today WHAT A JOKE! Was told with a 16 piece meal you can only get 2 mashed and 2 Cole slaws. Got home and had 10 wings 6 breasts. They are rude nasty and KFC should be ashamed to have this store in operation. Rude nasty and just ignorant employees at this location.

They didn’t have enough chicken for my order so they asked me if I was willing to wait for fresh chicken and when I said yes, I was thanked! Gratitude and smiling faces go really far! They then gave me a 10% discount and a free drink! The wait was worth it and they put in fresh biscuits, Mac & cheese, potatoes and gravy! Yummy

Id give 0 stars if I could… ordered delivery and the order was missing items and the drink was opened and had been drank from. Called the store and refused to listen to the complaint and said it wasn’t their problem… contaminants from a stranger is UNEXCEPTABLE! DISGUSTING!

My experience was very good moin ( I think that is how you spell his name) is a gentleman that works the front counter. He looks like someone that really like his work, he treated me very good and the food was delicious thank you for sure I’ll go back. Also he was left to work by himself during rush hour upfront and was very diligent on getting the orders in correct and fast

Disappointed I ordered the BIG Box expecting more food. See pic. Very disappointing that it was same as the $5 box just with one extra side. For more than double the price is crazy. The only good is the marketing that got me in to buy it. It’s a Big BOX, Big Empty BOX. Lol
