I ordered 2 meals and requested all white meat for both. I even verified it with the cashier. When my order was done, I verified again that they were both all white meat and was again told yes. When we got home, both meals were all dark meat. Very aggregated as we don’t live that close but had a taste for KFC. Double check everything before you leave the lot!!

Didn’t really eat here a lot before. Second time ordering from here, took over 30 minutes to get our food for2 adults and 1 kid. Screwed up the drive thru order, had to spend God knows how long waiting for them to fix it. Now everyone else’s food is cold.

Went for a famous bowl, got corn and chicken, couple days earlier, they forgot my plastic ware and no ice in my soft drink. To me it seems like to much horse play at the drive thru window. I wont be back.

UPDATE: waited 20mins after pickup time, just to watch the employees blame each other for who didn’t pay attention to make the order in the first place. Two people came in from drive thru with incorrect orders. Nobody took any accountability – except one girl (who I assume is a manager, because she’s super sweet and knows what she’s doing). They also didn’t give either of us any sauce, which we ordered.

Just got home about a 10 minute drive. Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. Asked the cashier if the guy in front of me ordered 25 chickens and he said he was waiting on fries. Needless to say my hot fries were cold and my mango tea tastes like water. Tried calling and for 5 straight minutes it was a busy line. To say the least I am a little upset!

Looked at website before we walked in to order. Wanted the chicken bone in and tender meal deal they said there is no such thing. The kid manager wouldn’t even talk to me about it. I could order online why not walk in. No wonder why people go to Popeyes they accommodate even if special was not even on menu.
