This restaurant can careless. Ordered with my job and below in the picture was what I got. I ordered a 3 piece tender and instead received 5 pieces of old stale chicken. When I called the manager Rashad (who said his name was John over the phone), said he knew the tenders were good because he made them. They replaced them in the end but that was ridiculous stop serving old disgusting chicken, and hire better managers who also doesn’t lie about their names.

First time having KFC since I was a child, I went in, the restaurant itself has an off “chemical smell” to it. It could clearly be told that none of the staff wished to be there. I normally do not complain or put up a review unless something is exceptionally bad or exceptionally good. Items purchased lacked seasoning, very clearly food prep was not done. Restaurant was unclean. Cashier had to take order three times, and when the order arrived, it was wrong. I was charged for higher items than ordered (items were looped into “combo meals”, but combo items were not given). Overall I had a very fun time, would not go again.

Ordered online and got the wrong drink. The spicy chicken sandwich was given very little sauce. The fries are hard and crunchy. And I didn’t get any of the sauces I ordered for my fries and nuggets. They clearly do not care about their job.

I pulled up to drive tru, order my meal when I got to my work food was wrong. Also as I open a large coleslaw that I had order. The coleslaw stunk up my work area do to that is was spoiled. I went back to the place and ask for a manager, that never came to talked to me and instead gave the employee another coleslaw that smell just as bad, to replace it with the other one that I brought in. I ask for my money back and they said they do not do refund money back that they only do exchange in food. The service was completely horrible. I am not the type of person to put bad reviews on anything but this time I had to. KFC needs to get profesional manegerial staff that knows how to treat customers.

Place was a mess when we picked up our food. We ordered via doordash mind you. The clerk wasnt very friendly, just kind of looked at you, so i told her my name and i ordered via the dash. She turned around, grabbed the bag and set th down. No jere you go, nice day nothing. So when we got home and looked through everything, nothing was missing but the corn was new and day old mixed together it looked like. Have photo, bit seems google wont let me use it. The chicken was a bit over cooked. The breading was really hard and felt like it was going to crack your teeth. Not a very good expirance for the price i paid.

The food is always good, but be prepared for your mobile orders to never be ready when they say they are. My mobile orders always take an extra ~15 minutes after it says “ready for pickup” before it’s actually ready
