If I could give zero stars I would! The store located in Amherst, New York on Bailey Ave. Is the worst KFC that I have ever been to in my life I ordered a meal in the drive-through got home to find that my coleslaw was spoiled and slimy. I went back to the store. The store manager was very rude and nasty. Was not even sure that he was actually the manager as he did not have on a uniform was dressed in street clothes and had no name tag. After explaining and showing him the condition of the coleslaw his response was he doesn’t eat it so he does not know how it is supposed to smell, and that he could give me another one however, it was made from the same batch, which made absolutely no sense, because the couple that was eating in the dining room complain that they’re coleslaw with slimy as well.He refused to issue a refund and when I asked for information for the store manager, he advised me that they would tell me the exact same thing. I let him know that I would be more than happy to hear it from him directly. His response was once he tells you the same thing. What are you going to do then? he stated that he would call him acted like he was making a phone call. Told me that he was probably with his family. And took my information and stated that someone will call me. After spending $40 on food this is absolutely unacceptable. This store should be shut down.

Food is the kfc fast food standard, but seriously order from somewhere else, they don’t listen to your order. Asked for a recipet, they said they’ll “put it in the bag”, where?? Said mashed potatoes as my side, gave me fries. Go to somewhere that actually listens to anything you say, run from here man.

I have never had a good experience at this store. The employees are rude and have attitude, no customer service skills at all. I live a mile from this store and I drive to North Tonawanda to avoid this place. I went back today, hoping it was different and had the most rude and unacceptable experience ever. The girl who was on drive through need to lose her job. She was unprofessional, gave attitude the moment she answered and it only got worse. I left.

Although you can get some fair meal deals, the service leaves a lot to be desired and receiving your entire order correctly is worse. The last three times I visited this location, they forgot food. It feels as though you have to interrogate in order to make sure you get everything you ordered and paid for. This is the third and final visit for me. This time, I went through the app to make sure that everything was wrong up correctly. It was. When I arrived home to feed the family, I noticed that I was still missing two large mashed potatoes, two large coleslaw and three pieces of chicken. $60 later, I was not very happy. If your order gets messed up, don’t even bother wasting your time calling. How in the world do you mess up three times in the row, especially with that number of items missing?

The dining room is supposed to be open until 10pm. We went at 9pm and the doors were locked. Ended up going through the drive thru. We got an 8pc family meal with fries and mashed potatoes. The employee didnt even give us cutlery or napkins. Food is pretty mediocre.
