Well, once again….service is terrible at this place & it’s BRAND new. How can that be? We ordered through the APP & we gave this place over an hour & upon arrival was told not ready & they weren’t to blame; it was the APP’s fault. After speaking with the mgr., she turned & chuckled with the crew behind her which I think is terrible. Popeye’s is looking better & better these days. When will we learn not to visit KFC anymore?

I’m not sure how they keep the lights on at this location. The list of items they are “out of” was longer than the list of items they did have. Half the sodas didn’t work, and they were out of straws. They run out of chicken regularly, this time they had no chicken on the bone, no biscuits, or coleslaw. The staff is always friendly, but it doesn’t make up for the lack of menu items available.

They were out of ice, drinks were flat and hot. They were out of corn without telling me when I ordered the famous bowl so had a giant bowl of mashed potatoes and gravy, which half the bowl was gravy I’m assuming to cover up the fact of little chicken and no corn, was 4 pieces of chicken. Out of barbecue sauce. The sandwich my husband ordered was also cold.

This time we had a great experience. We ordered online at 215 to pick up at 515 … it was ready and everything was there, even with only 4 people working…and it was a Saturday! Didn’t have the same experience last year, but yay this time!! Keep it up KFC Farmington!

This is the slowest place I’ve ever been to. Been 25 minutes waiting and meal has not even been started yet. Just talked to the staff and they said said they would start it. Didn’t plan on waiting 30 minutes to eat my meal at a fast food restaurant. Will not be coming here again.

Ordered lunch (spicy bacon chicken sandwich with cheese) through the app, get to the store and find out they’re out of buns for sandwiches and the cheese as well as some other things. They offer to use chicken little buns instead and it wont have cheese, fine. Get home and it’s literally just a chicken breast with pickles on 2 chicken little buns, no sauce, no bacon, no spice. Not the first time I’ve had issues with kfc. I’ve given multiple locations numerous chances and when it happens 4 times in a row, I think it’s time to eat elsewhere.
