Chicken seems to always be over breaded & greasy. Mashed potatoes and gravy were ok. Biscuits are better now than when they first opened, not doughy anymore. Cole slaw is always excellent.

I was picking up 2 mobile orders. She could not get my name right and kept bringing me other people’s orders. Finally she got it right. When I got home one order was right, the other was not. Gates and Greece locations are hit and miss. Mostly miss. Webster was always on par but too far away.

Absolutely disgusting. I was in the midst of eating a room temperature (aka old and surely not fresh to KFC specs) spicy chicken sandwich when I felt the crunch…. a baby blue bread clip. Obviously the ones they use. Offered me new food but of course I didn’t want another thing from them but my money. I took a refund. Never coming back. Period.

Got half my lunch, told to wait by front door. After 20 minutes, I had to go to the door and Bang on it cause it was locked. Second time with the same type issue. Watched about 5 customers walk away cause of locked door.

One of, if not the best KFC I have been in, in a very long time. Customer service: 5*, only seconds after entering the facility I was greeted, and my order was taken. ; Food: 5*, quick on delivery to the counter, HOT !! and with a very well appreciated ☺ smile. Facility: Dining room very neat and CLEAN!! floors clean, tables clean and the front counter, very neat tidy and yes CLEAN! Overall, if I could give higher than a five * rating, for this particular crew and visit, I would give it… I hope a supervisor and/or management staff read this and commend this crew from kitchen staff to front counter, they did an OUTSTANDING JOB !!
