This is the GHETTOEST place i’ve been in. the manager guy is as useless as the staff this man saw me standing for ten minutes straight waiting to place my order and he just kept taking drive thru orders.. the ghetto girls that were there i cant even take one out the list, were the worst, their attitude , disgusting. i had to literally ask them if they were going to take my order.. mind you, most of them had just came from outside smoking marijuana. by the way i ordered a chicken sandwich and it looked like it came from the fridge. with staff like these you will keep losing customers, because i’m pretty sure this is what happens to others. and please consider hiring another person to manage this place because this guy obviously cannot handle anything.

This is the second time in a row I have order delivery and my food was messed up. I ordered an 8 piece box extra crispy mixed chicken pieces. Of course I only got one breast no wings. The chicken was not extra crispy and had a lot of at on it and had a nasty taste to it. The skin was peeling off and just not edible. I feel that if I was in store to buy the chicen I would have been given better chicken and a variety. I’m so upset and dissatisfied with my food that iw I’ll not be ordering from this restaurant again

I think I got some leftover chicken from yesterday. It was cold and very dry. Every single order processed while I waited was wrong including a woman that came back three times before they got her order right (or she finally gave up). My order also was wrong but I checked before leaving the store like others did.

They did not have any sauces so I canceled my order and never recieved any food but they would not credit my card back they are thieves and they resent customers and this store is always out of items that they need regularly very bad management and corporate is horrible also don’t eat at Kentucky fried chicken my bad experiences have happened at at least 5 different stores now

ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!! I ordered through door dash and I didn’t even get half my order. And the chicken was cold. Never again Just to add an edit half of my chicken was pink. And there was hair in the bucket. I’m going to be contacting corporate about this. Absolutely unacceptable to have pink chicken with hair in it. Not only did you give me substitutes for popcorn chicken. Everything was cold and I had to reheat it up myself but I couldn’t eat it because it had hair in it.
