They rounded my change up without asking which I didn’t really care about initially. But they forgot to include utensils for my famous bowel which also isn’t the first it’s happen at this location. the value isn’t there for famous bowel either at least the last few times I’ve ordered here. For 7 bucks I should get more than 4 small pieces of chicken and a little more mash potatoes… Not one to complain usually but 7 dollars is a lot for what I got.

I’ve had bad experiences with this KFC almost every time i have gone within the past year. Almost every time something is wrong, and when I go through again to let them know, the manager (heavier, older woman) is very rude and argumentative. I have tried to file a complaint about her specifically, but that resulted in her calling me and telling me that “none of her staff is like that” when its her thats the issue. I went there tonight on my way home from work and ordered a large fries. What i got was not a full large fries, as well as tons of chicken bits mixed into it. I also had to go back through because they forgot my sauces (which i paid for) but i unfortunately didn’t notice the fries until i was already home. I tried to call, but received no answer. The customer support here literally doesn’t exist. They don’t do anything to fix an issue they create, and get mad at you for asking them to do so. All they do is say “sorry about that” on reviews, or tell me I’m wrong in person or over the phone. Really want to keep coming here cuz it’s the only KFC close by, but that manager (that everyone keeps complaining about in the reviews) makes it a horrible experience.

Google claims open until 11pm. After a 25 minute drive we there and it is dark and closed. Also last time we went we ordered and paid for all breast and got a bunch of breaded bones!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Bought 2 spicy wraps and I don’t know what sauce they use but it’s watery and they soaked the wrap in this juice it seems like. Like it wasn’t spicy sauce at all just watery whatever. Won’t be going back
