First of all, not a true drive thru and the driveway itself is easy to miss. Parking is awkward to say the least. Received food fairly quickly unfortunately didn’t realize until we were home we got literally nothing we ordered except biscuits. We ordered 8 pc family meal dark meat with coleslaw and mashed potatoes. We received some chicken nuggets, French fries, and four breasts.

I observed a General Manager (Jenn) take an order that was supposed to be a replacement. The lady asked her for tenders instead of thighs for her replacement and the general manager told her she’d have to wait for it to be made. So she did. When they finally gave her her replacement they gave the customer thighs. The customer asked her why the thighs after she asked them to be replaced with tenders and the GM was rude. Laughed at her, talked back to the customer and ignored her after making her wait almost a half hour. My wife and I sat down to eat a meal and observed this whole situation. Needless to say the customer felt disrespected and starting freaking out on the GM with a valid reason. Then the GM continued to try and blame it on another worker when she’s the one that the customer dealt with. We finished our meal and left, after seeing how a General Manager treated the customer and her employees I will not be returning after 50+ years of coming to this location.

It’s sad that as soon as you drive into the little parking lot, the first thing you see is the cooks outside smoking. It’s 11:35 and you just opened. I went in everyone is so stand offish. Geeze, you just opened, no hello, nothing except can I help you. I placed my order. The manager was informing me that they didn’t have all the chicken I wanted. Ok, I’ll wait. If your cook wasn’t outside you would have it. And by all means.. Clean up. The restaurant wasn’t even crowed. While I waited for my food (12 min) maybe 6 people came in. In defense of the cashier, she was the friendliest person there and was consistent with being pleasant. But for the rest I’ll continue to take my chances in harmer.

Always have been willing to make fresh fries and nuggets when asked. And usually very friendly and helpful. If you dont ask for fresh fries then you most likely will get cold ones…future fyi to those who love their fries and want them hot! And the new nuggets are straight deliciousness!

Chicken isn’t as good as it use to be but the mashed potatoes mac and cheese was as good as its ever been the place is very clean and the service is good I would recommend to my friends but would recommend you don’t get their bucket of chicken its still good just really small pieces and not what it use to be

7-25-2023 18:00 , I stopped after work, I walked in , went up to the counter the young woman walked past me and went to the rest room as if I didn’t exist , she came out walking past again , the other two young women in the back avoided eye contact , I was only there 5 minutes before I thought, “It won’t get any better” .. Yes , they won their little game of ignore the customer and they will go away . The place was unkempt and at most 1 or 2 cars in line . I will not return t o this location EVER !

My kfc bowls were filled with an inch of food, barely any food in them. No corn, random pieces of spicy chicken, and mostly gravy, powder potatoes weren’t even mixed. AND ALSO a weird long rubbery piece of mystery something in it. Definitely check your food before you eat it. Oh and they don’t put silverware in the bag ever. With how poor the parking lot is your chances of getting into an accident are at an all time high. Good luck eating here.

I usually have to wait a long time before getting my food. Recently I tried the snack wraps and I know they’re supposed to be snacks but they were so small. They didn’t even offer any sauce to go with the plain one. I wish they would offer ranch or bbq options
