Stopped in for a quick lunch while since I was passing by and had not been to KFC in ages. The place was not busy at all. There was no one in the dining area, and only a few cars in the drive through. I was quickly greeted at the counter and put bin my order for the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo. No one asked me if I was doing take out or what, so I suppose I should not have been surprised when someone yelled out an order number and threw a take out bag on the counter and disappeared.

My parents 3 piece boxes both looked shriveled and so tiny it probably wouldn’t even satisfy a 10 year old. To add insult to injury, the chicken piece they put in my sandwich had bones in it, who puts a piece with the bones in a sandwich? Needless to say this was not worth the $25 I was charged. Unfortunately couldn’t check the food till I got home since I went through the drive thru. You’re better off going to the KFC in Washington.

I’ve been watching the Little League World Series all week. Constantly seeing the advertisement for KFC Chicken Nuggets. The ad says that you can get 10 Nuggets for $5. So the wife and I decided to give them a try. They didn’t honor the National Advertisement for the Chain they belong to. I was offered 8 nuggets for $6. I declined. Since the don’t follow their National KFC advertising, I wonder what other rules and guidelines they don’t follow.

Clean restaurant but the service sucks! We only ordered chicken wraps and coleslaw but they didn’t even have our order after 15 minutes! They told us it wasn’t even on their order screen and it wasn’t even busy when we went. Definitely won’t come back to this location

Ordered food for mobile order. Of course like always the kids have the dinning room closed so after waiting in line for over half an hour I was handed cold food. I called the store and spoke to a girl saying her name was shawna. She claimed to be the manager and had a nasty attitude. Told me there was nothing they would do about it that I could come back and reorder through the drive through if I wanted fresh food. No refund was offered just if I wanted to wait over half hour reorder and pay again I could get fresh food. If she is a so called manager she needs fired for her attitude and the way she talks to customers. Never tell a customer they should be fine with cold food because they ordered online and did not expect to wait so long in the line. Claiming they only have 4 workers and can’t do any better however most places do way better with less staff than that. Well there’s $35 wasted!

Be warned. Shortly after eating the chicken nugget combo meal with biscuit, fries and drink I had diarrhea. Biscuit was old. Either the soda fountain was not clean or the food preparation process was not clean and fresh to cause this direct reaction.
