Staff have always been friendly and polite, but the assembly of the food has been inconsistent (sandwiches) I’ve never had any issues with their buckets. Biscuits, mashed potatoes and coleslaw are always good.

The food was good and service was outstanding. And their new chicken nuggets are similar to Chick- fil-a, but not as tasty. They should of brought back their original nuggets from 1990″s. They were form nuggets that was dip and fried with the original recipe batter.

They always manage to mess up the order every single time. I’m really not even sure how. With their prices being so high, you’d expect to get what you order at least. I ask for honey every single time and I haven’t got it once. I only go here when I’m dying for something to eat that’s quick at this point: and I love KFC normally 🙁

I’ve never had to wait so long in a fast food line. it’s supposed to be fast food but I’m pretty sure I could have sat down and ate a whole meal at a sit in restaurant in the time it took them to get me my food. Then lady at the window handed my my food and gave me attitude, and closed the window after making a snide remark at me. Food straight bussin tho

This location is terrible. Staff is always rude there’s always something missing and when you ask to have it replaced they give you an attitude. We asked for mashed potatoes instead of fries and the man said no it comes with fries and when we asked if we could switch it he said it’s already sitting here ready.

I sent my wife for some dinner at the KFC on scalp ave in Johnstown. $10 bucket of chicken is advertised, but when she gets there they tell her her that the only sale is for 2 wraps for $5. She shows them the ad on her phone and they still won’t give it to her. So instead she orders an extra crispy 8 piece bucket meal. So instead of only spending $10 it cost us now around $25. When she gets home, we found that now they gave her 8 pieces of greasy, cold original style chicken. It wasn’t worth the gas to go the 20 extra miles to complain to someone that didn’t want to get it right the first time.

They took the $5 fillup boxes of the menu, and you will wait 45 minutes in the drive thru line every time, only to find out they don’t have the thing you ordered ahead of time through their app. And if they don’t have ONE PIECE OF *$%!ING CHICKEN for me, imagine when YOU try to order a bucket.

1/28/23 Spent $35.50 We were asked if original was okay bc there wasn’t enough extra crispy. Drive home and no biscuits. Drive back, employee says she only has 2 biscuits and asks if I’ll take cookies instead! I agreed to wait, it’s currently been 22 mins still waiting.
