Our drinks were spilled out the drive thru window, we were offered napkins. The window attendant then informed us that she only gets one day off and her hours are gonna have to change for personal reasons, as if after dumping our drinks in the car window that we cared. I understand accidents happen but to only offer napkins and then complain about your job is a no no sorry. Also when I called to speak to a manager no one answered the phone at 3:30 in the afternoon. Never again the food wasn’t even worth it.

Outstanding service . Ordered two 16 piece chicken tenders with 4 fixings, it also came with beverages. It was awesome. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The restrooms are clean and orderly. Will stop again.

Ordered #17 famous bowl , the amount of food in bowl seemed very limited, tables were not very clean. Employee came out and used bare hands to clean crumbs from table never wiped down. But service when ordering was good.

They were friendly and prompt but the cashier didn’t know the popcorn chicken was no longer on the menu until after we paid. There was also a smell (maybe some cleaning products) that made me gag so we had to take our order to go.

I ordered chicken legs and this is what I got they look like Cornish game hen legs. I asked to speak to a manager and I mentioned how dissappointed I was with the size of the legs she said I know they are small thats why I gave you 3 Oh gee Thanks! She said would you like something else I was like , No I will be contacting your corporate office. Her response was ok and slammed the take out window. Not to mention the forgot utensils and a straw for the drink. What piss poor customer service.

I have to say this was the best experience that I have had with a fast food restaurant. The manager at butler commons was very nice, they went all over and aboard for us. They treated us very well, even though they were getting ready to close. I would recommend this place to everyone. It was the best service. Thank you for going out of your way to make our experience a good one.

Just ate. Chicken was fine. But paid $30 for meal and the sides which are basics, corn was terrible, like cow Feed corn. The Mac n cheese has a weird funky flavor. And I’m not a picky person either. I threw them out.

This is a Stand alone KFC as opposed to the one I usually go to in Wexford which is half Taco Bell, the food they serve here is up to the standards of KFC and the staff was very nice to me and all the other patrons, one thing that is difficult about this place is the location as the roads in Butler are not designed for people coming and going to and from on both sides of the street
