Food was ok. Service was a mixed bag. Order Nashville hot chicken strips but I did want the meal, only the chicken. Paid then realized it was only 1 cent more for the meal. I asked to switch to the meal. Cashier was polite and helpful but the manager said she was frustrated at this and could not figure it out, said she’d do it later, put the guy’s order that came after me together which was humongous the finally gave me my food that had been sitting there. Very dramatic for a simple request. Please KFC train you managers on simple managerial tasks.

The food has been one of the worst I experienced ever. We had bought 4 burgers as it was getting late and all four had stale chicken that was rubbery, hard and tasteless. I never experienced this quality before. Giving 1 star as I can’t give below that.
