General manager failed to put all of order in the bag. Once home, we realized part of the order was missing. My daughter drove back and explained what happened. GM said he packed the bag himself, looked in her car as though she had somehow hidden the food. He begrudgingly replaced the nuggets, did not apologize, was rude and condescending.

This place is depressing. The food is terrible. It is overcooked almost to dust every time I go there. Who wants to eat dry chicken. Biscuits are old and hard as rocks. Pay way too much money for tasteless food. Service means well but is also depressing looking or possibly high, not sure. Save your money.

What a miserable person working there. Signs say Mobile order pick up inside, had a mobile order went inside, door was even open. Girl says we are drive through only, yet there are signs EVERYWHERE that say come inside. Some people don’t understand customer service, but i guess now a days you have to take whoever shows up….. updated July 2023 – Gave this place another try on a Saturday night and order was already placed and they asked one of the workers to start the order and they just simply said no and continue on doing their own thing. Why management has not fired these people is beyond me.
