Food was good. The service was ok. Employees were bit loud when there were no customers in line and some foul language was used during their conversation.

Ordered 3 meals, had to pull around, was told 10 minutes and waited over 20 minutes. People where extremely rude both times we went. Definitely will not return with horrible service and rude workers. Absolutely ridiculous! Wasn’t even offered anything or a discount for the inconvenience of them not having items we ordered, which clearly is not my fault as a paying customer. I’m sure KFC doesn’t care regardless, but wanted to share my horrible experience from the last time my kids and I went. Oh and the lobby was closed, so we had to eat in the car. Again, very ridiculous!!!

Went there around 7 o’clock at night, and I went through the drive-thru. Giving them the benefit of the doubt. They were a tad bit busy in the drive-thru. But from what I could see. There were maybe 3 people in the lobby. I spent a whole fifteen minutes sitting there in the drivethru between waiting and finally getting my food. They were out of multiple menu items and went asking if they had a different item. I was met with a scotty attitude. I understand if you’re busy and you’re out of different items, but when asked about certain menu items, please don’t be rude about it. I used to work in fast food, and we would run out of stuff daily. It should be on management to make sure that the signage has been changed. After finally getting up to the window and waiting again for my food. I got home to realize They forgot part of my order. This is not the best experience I’ve had from this location. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the worst. Next time, I won’t worry about heading the whole way across Town to get chicken nuggets. I’ll just brave the line at Chick-fil-A. It would be a bit more money. But about the same wait time, and a lot better food.

I was here a couple of days ago around 7pm trying to get my fried chicken fix. I went through the drive thru and there didn’t seem to be a long wait. However, I was inquiring about dark meat and the drive thru attendant said they do not have any and then asked me to wait as she checked. She came back and confirmed that they did not have any dark meat left for the night. Then I asked for extra crispy white meat and the attendant then asked me again to wait as she double checked. She came back and said there was not any extra crispy left but they could make dark meat extra crispy if I waited 20 minutes. I said that was fine but then I overheard on the mic that they were not going to make any more chicken for the rest of the night despite being open for another 2 hours. I think the attendant forgot to turn off the microphone. I left in frustration and was very confused because I felt crazy asking for chicken at a chicken place… Popeyes would never

One week after open and still extremely busy, walked in to avoid parking lot traffic. Kudos to staff for fast friendly service, in and out in 15 minutes. Delicious chicken! Drive though traffic (when busy) does interfere with on-site parking!

Usually don’t write poor reviews but man the service really fell off. Used to be good but the rude and poor service is so bad that it’s almost impossible to get good food here. Hope it changes soon

I recently visited Kentucky Fried Chicken and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The food was subpar and the service was lacking. The chicken was dry and overcooked, and the mashed potatoes were all over the bag with gravy, making for a messy and unappetizing meal.

I never got my food! I ordered on the website and it said it would be ready in 5 minutes. I got to the drive through and they said, “it will be ready in 25 minutes if that’s OK?” I said, “no, that’s not OK.” Then a manager came to the window, chewing food and had food on his face. He said there was nothing they could do. If I wanted my food, I would have to wait 25 minutes. They couldn’t even give me a refund because I ordered on the website. They said to call the 800 number, but they didn’t know what that number was. So I had to look it up. The first person I spoke to asked a ton of questions and then said he would transfer me to someone who could issue a refund. He didn’t seem concerned about the manager coming to the drive through window while eating. He just dismissed me when I brought that up. After waiting on hold again, the 2nd person spoke poor English, asked me all the same questions as the first person, but had a listening problem so I had to repeat everything multiple times. She said that she was going to issue a refund, but so far I haven’t seen anything. If this experience taught me anything, it’s that KFC doesn’t care about customer service, doesn’t care about customers, and doesn’t want or need my future business. I won’t be back to this KFC or any other.

While visiting this particular KFC, several things were noted. Yes, it was a Penn State graduating weekend, but they were not packed with people. The staff was rather cordial and seemed to want to help. But two issues arose. The first was that they got our order incorrect. They didn’t provide sauces we asked for, and we were shorted two individual sides of mac n cheese. We promptly went up and asked for both. Upon inspection, we discovered that all of our mac n cheese was about only one-half full. The other issue was that the self-dispensing soda machine was not working. Ordinarily I would chalk that up to some pandemic restrictions or other, but the inconvenience of a refill each time was bothersome. Now, that said, the food was cooked well, but the portions were quite small. With this avian flu issue out here, that could help explain it. But it certainly wasn’t to par as other KFCs don’t seem to have issues making their competitive chicken sandwich at least remotely fit the bun (chicken was only half the size of the bun, no kidding). So, while I despise having to give a lower rating to such friendly folk, of whom I know this isn’t many of their fault, I’d have to say the experience was a three point fours stars. Perhaps it was just the day. Who knows. Give em a shot and see what you think.

Worst experience ever. Apparently there was a management, employee dispute. Police were called. We were told our order was ready and got in drive-thru line. When we got to speaker, we were told we’d have to go inside to pick it up.Both my son and I are disabled, so difficult! He went in and they locked the door. Meanwhile, outside employees were walking around talking on there phones, while police tried to talk down disgruntled employee. In the end, the food was cold and we were too upset to eat.
