I love KFC don’t get me wrong, however the service is slow, sometimes I order and don’t get a biscuit when I specifically ask for one, the coleslaw can be a tad dry sometimes, it’s really a hit and miss kind of thing with this location! Prices are a little steep! Chicken pretty good, all they really have going for them!

Placed an online order, went in to pick up my food and waited 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Guy in the back was digging his hands into the French fries multiple times and eating them while walking around. Finally got someone’s attention and got my food.

Idk Ive been trying to call over 20 times about getting a job and nobody ever answers nor is there a voicemail to leave…. I love KFC this is the most local one. Seriously though poor communication. Guess there’s always Cracker Barrel they got amazing chicken and actually answer the phones.

This place was a three-ring circus between employees not working well as a team and the girl working the drive-through yelling orders and throwing customer’s food in a bag. She was more concerned about closing and being out the door.

Doors always locked. Long line never moves. Takes one order, waits until they pay and get their food before taking next order. Longest wait ever for anywhere. We drive 15mins further away and still get home and eat faster than those still waiting here.

Maybe Pepsi should do something about the horrible KFC location- like put it out of everyone’s misery. Or maybe Pepsi should just get the hell out of the restaurant business altogether because they RUIN iconic restaurants like Long John Silver, A&W, Kentucky Fried Chicken (not KFC!), Pizza Hut, even Taco Bell. Consistently worst service of any restaurant I have ever been in, and that’s saying something these days especially. Just painted the place up a bit and put up some new window dressing- but look at the parking lot! All the bad reviews here put it mildly. Avoid unless you’re ready to give it all you got for some greasy fried chicken- unlike the Original Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Food is always great. Only downfall is, they are the only KFC in Cumberland county. Service is a little slow, but worth the wait and every penny. I always get the 12piece family meal and Long John Silvers.
