On let me start off first by saying kfc is freaking expensive! I’m definitely gonna go to Popeyes from now on they have way better deals!…… now I ordered 2 of the 13.99 boxes it came with the chicken sandwich fries and the nuggets as well as a drink. Baby that thing was delicious ok and the nuggets were good too I honestly could have done without the fries! I have no complaint about this location staff was very friendly food was hot order was correct as well

Today my order was not complete. I usually don’t have issues, but I paid for a 16 piece bucket and only received 14. Please double check the orders to avoid missing items. I live pretty far from this location to turn around to get the 2 missing chicken pieces, or to get refunded. Thanks

Worst experience I have ever had. Girl at counter had MAJOR attitude and acted like she did not want to take my order. Just stood there leaning against the table. There was no one else in line. I left went down the road to Popeyes and was greeted with smiles and they took care of me right away. Will not go back to KFC again. They need to get there act together. BTW it was mid afternoon and was not busy at all. No Excuses…..

I have been going to the KFC at 3819 Walnut St in Harrisburg pa for 20 yrs. It has always been the BEST service, food and customer service. However Yesterday 8/2/23 was the worst service I have ever received. There was a bus in the parking lot and the manager lost it!! He was rude, vulgar and totally unprofessional. I live in Hummelstown pa (right beside the town of Hershey), and the KFC in my neighborhood isn’t near as good as Walnut St. PLEASE put a check on the Walnut St Manager!!!!

I spent 57 dollars for family meal and nuggets. They gave me extra crunchy instead of original, no biscuits and nuggets were just cold and looked like crumbs from bottom of fryer. I have been going to this one for years never had a problem. Very disappointing
