Absolute garbage service. Went through the drive through and was told it would be a couple minutes, so please pull into the parking area. Sure, no biggie. Fast forward a half hour and I had to call the restaurant twice, and when some one finally answered I had to remind them I was still waiting for my food. And the still messed up the order. Never got my drink, and no dipping sauces. And while I was waiting 3 other vehicles went through and got their orders. And 2 employees even had time to come out for a smoke break. Complete and utter incompetence.

Last two time I’ve been there they have messed up my order. Ordered a 3 piece got 1 thigh and 1 leg. Next time 3 little legs. I don’t mind expensive, if the food is good. This place has seriously declined in the past few months.

Absolutely the worst! I stood at the counter for almost 10 full minutes and though 2 employees looked at me, neither acknowledged me and continued to run the drive thru. It wasn’t until a young woman came from the back with a food order, that I was spoken to and able to order! And just so you know, we we initially in drive thru and sat there for at least 5 or minutes before I walked in and they only had 2 tables and no one in line inside!!

Order yesterday with 8pcs bucket meal.I pay and they didn’t give me a receipt . So I called today to ask about if they can give me a receipt I given info what to look (time and last 4 of credit card transaction) he told me to hold for a moment after 30 mins on hold (even I heard the background) i just hung up so I can call back just in case they forgot me, but the phone line was busy. Why they are hard to give receipt regardless we want it or not it should be automatic to give out receipt what we pay for. Btw when I say extra crispy chicken but received half crispy half regular and the chicken kinda dry.

It seems that the KFC signage was left up when they were taken over by “Overpriced Disappointment”. A 12 pc bucket of original had 6 wings that were essentially deep fried bones with no meat. The tenders cost more than the bone in, and are PATHETICALLY tiny, like two, maybe 3 bite tiny. The side dishes are over-rated. People seem really nice which is the one redeeming quality. All for prices that make you wonder why you didn’t just go to a sit down restaurant and eat real food for the same cost. KFC actually used to be delicious, what happened?

They deserve 0 stars. The lobby is closed & has been for months. I’ve seen employees stick their hands in the food & eat it right out of the pans. So, I do not personally order from this restaurant. I do however, deliver with DoorDash & my customers’ orders are always wrong & almost always take a long time after the ready time. It has cost me good reviews on multiple occasions. They do not care about ANY customers.

To popcorn chickens and a Pepsi apparently cost 17 freaking dollars. And when we get to the window they don’t have our order in the system at all, and then have us wait out back we’re 10 minutes waiting on our order. Have made the mistake of returning to them for convenience over and over, and every time it ends up being nothing but an inconvenience. Will never go back
