My husband made an online order for me to pick up, and he paid online. I had just received some terrible personal health news and didn’t feel like cooking and was really looking forward to some comfort food. When I arrived, I went through the drive thru. I was told they would be right with me. I waited patiently for 5 minutes whilst I could see in my rear mirror that cars behind me were giving up waiting and driving off. When they finally spoke to me again, I told them that I had come to collect my online order. Their response was ‘we can’t fulfill that order’ …. crickets, no apologies, no explanations or elaboration. I asked what part of the order they couldn’t fulfill. They replied chicken tenders. I asked what I could get instead of that. I then heard her laugh and an older lady came on the speaker and said ‘not much’. There was a long pause. I thought maybe they would offer something … anything?! I asked if they had any nuggets? Nope. Normal chicken on the bone? Nope. I was just shocked at their responses. Not even a tiny attempt to help narrow down what they actually had available. They obviously didn’t want to be there and obviously didn’t have an ounce of good customer service in them. At this point, I lost my patience, drove off, and had a meltdown in my car in the parking lot. It might seem silly to some, but this just tipped me over the edge. I ended up going to royal farms across the road in the end. I really enjoy kfc food, so it’s very annoying that our local KFC can’t seem to provide food .. ever! I forgot to mention that this happened to us once before as well, but they weren’t as rude to us about it then. I hate to say it but I don’t think we will be back again. This store needs closing down. I don’t know how they even make money if they never have chicken available in a chicken store.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I will never go to this location ever again. 4 times in a row that I’ve gone there they were out of whatever I wanted to order. Didn’t matter what it was, they’re always out of it. Just went there to order a 16 piece family meal and after waiting 25 minutes to even have someone acknowledge my presence in the store and take my order, they told me they couldn’t make a 16 piece meal. No manager on site, 3 teenaged kids hanging around the back of the store doing next to nothing. I went to the Memory Lane store, spoke with their manager, and got the contact info for their regional manager, with whom I will be lodging a formal complaint. After reading the other reviews here, I can’t fathom how this place is still in business. Definitely needs a major overhaul. And when I asked them why they couldn’t make a basic menu item, the guy got a really nasty demeanor. I sincerely hope they either fire every single employee there and staff it with people who want to do their jobs or just close it down.

No stars! Went through the drive thru last night, told to park on the side & someone would bring it out, WAITED AN HOUR, but never did get chicken! When I went in to demand my refund I had several other customers in front of me doing the same. As we stood there never saw one piece of chicken being made although had at least 3 people “working”. IF you were out of chicken or had a mechanical kitchen problem just say so for Christ’s sake so your former customers don’t waste their time. That was beyond-rude, completely asinine, and I promise you’ll close your doors & be out of business before I ever go there again. EVER!

Just shut it down!!!! This has got to be the absolute most horrible KFC I’ve ever experienced in my life. I came for Long John Silver’s but once you get inside they took the menu down and won’t cook anything from it. Probably for the better because they can’t even cook fried chicken. What they served me was dark, dry, but dripping in oil on the outside, looked over cooked and then like it’s been kept warm for 2 days. I took 1 bite, told my family we’re not eating this $#@t and threw all the chicken away. Went across the street to Royal Farms which was a million times better. Just don’t even bother with this place. I really couldn’t figure out what all the employees were doing. I saw 4 different people working but no one was cooking, all the food storage things were empty. It took forever for anyone to come to the counter. Sat there and overheard an employee telling a family that came in after me that everything would be at least a 35 minute wait because they have to cook it. The place was not busy by any means. Just Shut. It. Down.

This kfc used to be good many years ago but is now a shell of what it once was. It’s a shame that their corporate is run this way I waited in line for a majority of my 30 minute break before I had to leave line to had back because there was one person working behind the counter. If this were a one time issue I wouldn’t have left a review but this is the second or third time I’ve waited more than 10 min to even place my order.

I was served dark brown leather bites as chicken nuggets. There was no moisture left in them. I asked to have them replaced and was asked if I would accept tenders instead. When I said no I would wait 4 minutes for new nuggets, I was served about 8 minutes later by the cook. He apologized for the previous order. He said, he was supposed to conserve food and was just the cook. He was obviously stoned out of his mind.

I wanted KFC and the Shrewsbury location was closed. I drove to the leader heights location on Queen Street after work, 29 miles from my house. At 530 they were cleaning the extra crispy fryer. I went a long way and I said I’d wait. 1 hour later, no discount I took my chicken which ended up greasy and unpleasant.

This particular KFC is not what it used to be. I’m not sure if it’s poor management or the fact that the help is constantly changing. Many times there are only three employees working. The wait is made e tra long. At times they are not open when they should be. Three of the last five times they did not have what I wanted to order. One of those times I left without placing an order. Like many other places prices have skyrocketed. There is a lot of room for improvement.

This is the WORST KFC location ever. You literally cannot get food here. They either don’t have any chicken, credit card machine is down, etc etc. I have literally attempted to get food here 3 times and ended up across the street at Royal Farms each time. Unbelievable.
