They have the absolute best pot pies going! The crust is so flaky. I actually eat the crust on top before I eat any of the rest of the pie. Normally on something like that I would probably throw the top crust out because it’s usually gummy. But not here at KFC. It is really to die for!

I just had the most awful experience at a KFC in my entire life I ordered about $20 worth of food pulled up to the window at 9:20 pm the lady took my card and charged it and then proceeded to tell me that they were out of all food and had nothing to offer me .I then ask the lady why she would charge my card if she had no food or anything available and she looked me dead in the face and said she didn’t know they ran out of food?????? How do you not know you’re about to run out of food??? I then asked why did no one mention they were running out of food when I placed my order and the woman then handed me a cash refund and then slammed the window on me she did not seem to care at all. I understand it may not be the best job but at least show some empathy.

This visit was pretty decent. Ordered a 16 piece chicken to-go (thighs and drumsticks only). They had to cook a fresh batch but service was very friendly. My daughter and I got drinks and sat around and waited and chit chatted for a little bit. Can’t complain at least I know the chicken was fresh and they got my order correct!

Usually very happy here. We stop in roughly once a week. We get 5 dollar fill ups. Today I was particularly hungry. So I got the 2 PC to get more chicken. After handing us the tray, i got a tiny wing and small things so less checked than the 5 dollar fill up. Went and asked about it. They took the tiny piece off of my tray put it back in the oven to be served and gave me another small piece. ( I believe that was the manager also that did this) Also had a couple other mistakes on order. I understand having a rough day but it was not busy inside. Poor quality and service today.
