Make sure you ask for your receipt they’ll up charge for something you didn’t even order. Was there last month paid $8 for 3 piece wing original and today I was charged $10 for 3 piece wing after I specifically made sure it was for just the chicken wings. Mind you the employee confirmed what I ordered and proceeded to charge me for a full meal.

This is a KFC and Taco Bell combined restaurant. We ordered Taco Bell. The dining area and bathrooms were very clean and it was a nice place. The service was friendly but a bit slow. We checked our order and we were short one item. But, we check our order at every fast food restaurant, especially Taco Bell.

Apparently, the employees do not know what white meat chicken is as compared to dark meat chicken. I didn’t think it was a big ask to get only dark meat chicken at a place that does pretty much only chicken. The food was fine. They paid no attention to what I wanted despite having repeated it back to me.

Ordered extra crispy chicken through the app and but was not ready when I went to pick it up. I waited another 20mins and went back but was told they didn’t drop the chicken so the only thing they had was original. If I would’ve known how rubbery, oily, and soggy it was, I would’ve canceled my order. They also forgot my fries on top of that.

I hadn’t had a chance to see the reviews before I got there. Sluggish people are working right there. I was the only customer in front of the register. I waited almost 5 minutes to order while they were chilling, screaming, and slanging each other in a very inappropriate way—so much bad feelings about their service.

Got a pot pie bowl and choked on a two inch piece of bone that was in it. Then found others. Didn’t even want to eat it after I choked on the first piece. I called and asked to speak to the manager, the lady on the phone said she was the manager at first and then put me on the phone with the real manager. All she did was say sorry but it happens. I get a piece of bone might slip in here and there, but 3 in one bowl?! They weren’t exactly small either.

Not a lot of meat on the breast and barely any on the wing on the 2 piece meal. Skin was dark and chicken was very dry so must’ve been over cooked. Ordered a Pepsie and got something that was very different, maybe a Dr. Pepper, not sure, threw it in the trash.

Chicken, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy were delicious as always but, LONG LONG WAIT if Chicken isnt ready. Waited like 45 MINS(told it would be a 15min wait) for an Original Recipe 12 pcs on a Wednesday at like 2:30,3pm, wasn’t even busy in there either. Mac and Cheese didn’t look fresh like it was either cooked too long ago or sat packaged too long prior to chicken being done (most likely).
