This KFC is just horrible. Ordered through the mobile app two hours before their closing time. Went to pick up 10 minutes after and the side door was locked with a sign said use the front door, front door was also locked with a sign said door open for mobile order. The employee saw me standing at the door but walked away. Went to drive thru waited for 2 minutes and no body answered. Pulled up to the window and they told me no chicken was ready, and I had to wait over 15 minutes. I told them I would be back, then went back and they told me they did not have anymore chicken. I ended up canceling my orders. I heard the customer in front of me complaining and they just told him he could cancel his orders. If you can’t handle couple orders in a fast food restaurant, just don’t open it. I will never be back to this place.

I placed an order for food on my mobile phone and arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes later. The staff told me that they had no chicken ready and did not know when it would be available. The staff said I can cancel the order but they could not cancel it for me, and I would need to do it myself on the website or call to cancel, I called KFC contact number only their voice message I got after I waited for long time on the phone. I tried to cancel the order on the website but could not find an option to do so. I returned to the restaurant half hour later to check if the chicken was ready, but unfortunately, it was not. The staff told me that they assumed I wanted to cancel, so they did not make my order. It appeared that they only selling fresh chicken, and no cooked chicken was available in this fast-food restaurant.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in a fast food restaurant. I was waiting for 10 minutes and was ignored by the cashier. In addition, the manager kicked me out of the place and they refused to serve me, yelling bye.

Every time I order 3 whole original wings, I get a different price. The last guy told me just chicken was more expensive than the meal. I have been charged $6 ➕️ to $10 ➕️ for 3 wings. Can Kentucky please train the staff. They lack proper customer service.
