The drive-thru window doesn’t work, I had to make my order right at the window. I ordered 2 famous bowls meals, and when I got home, I just couldn’t believe my eyes!!!!! No cookie (which I don’t mind if they are not giving it no more), I open my famous bowl and it was just a spoon of smashed potatoes soaked in gravy, 6 pieces of original in one and 5 in the other (not crispy chicken bites, they didn’t asked me options for chicken and never had it like that either), cheese and not even CORN!!!! Both bowls were like that. For a $11 meal, you expect a Famous Bowl with everything that goes with it!!!!!!! I called there many times with no answer whatsoever, and I drove 15-20 mins to get there after an exhausting day!!!! I hope someone sees my review and at least replaces it with an actual meal!!!! There’s always issues with this KFC location!!!!

Service is good and friendly, but the food at this KFC sucks bad. The chicken was dry. The skin breading was soft. Every side dish was disgusting and made with the cheapest ingredients. Even the corn was bad. How do you make bad corn? If this is KFC, the quality has gone so far down hill, I’m not sure how anyone actually eats this garbage. And to top it off, it was so expensive! And for what? Garbage. Never again. Not even sure I’ll ever walk into a KFC again. Gross

Went through the drive thru to get food. Waited 10 minutes because they kept telling us to wait. Finally ordered the food. Got up to the window and paid. As we sat there we watched workers inside handling food with no gloves on. I watched a female wipe her sweat off her forehead and grab sandwiche buns and put a sandwich together. I immediately asked for a refund. When I asked the cashier why no gloves were being worn she laughed and said we ran out., we are out of so much stuff because no one order on the truck. As a person who works in fast food and is certified food safety instructor, I explained that that was an issue and they can get people really sick. She didn’t seem to care much. I will never return and corporate was called. I would add the videos and photos but legally not aloud.

We stopped Sunday around 6:30. As we tried to order we were told there were no more fries. We had to pick something else. Then when we pull up. They inform us they have no change. We scrabble to find the right amount. No apologies for any of the inconveniences, quite rude too.

I’ve been here a total of 3 times. The first time, it took about an hour to make a one person meal. The second, I had to change my order at the window bc they were somehow out of half of the things I ordered. Finally, I decided to give mobile ordering a try. I used the app and ordered what’s on the ticket image. Instead of getting some chocolate cake, which they advertised to me, I got a bag full of cookies. But worst of all, I selected 4 sauces, and got NONE of them. Like… really? You expect me to eat a bucket of chicken and fries with no sauce? Did you even read it? Awful. Absolutely not worth it. Get your chicken elsewhere.

Man, I’m surprised this location is still open. The biscuits were not cooked right. The restaurant appears to be run by kids, some with awful attitudes. Every customer we saw while we ate complained or wanted refunded. The new girl used her arm to hold open the ice bin lid open that SLIDES back and didn’t know if they had plates. I didn’t see a single glove being used. And what an open, empty, boring and intimidating type set up in there. Yelling and talking smack on other customers very loudly. How are you in business?

All bad here I’ve been here 2 times in 3 months both times I was not served anything 1st time I sat at the order mic for like 5 min and no answer so went to the window and they said we don’t have any food because there was no cooks working that day lol and today everything I tried to order they were out of and they would substitute anything and all with a big attitude smh my advice stay far away from this place I will never go back what a dump

Terrible, no toilet paper in the ladies room and when staff was told they made no attempt to replace it. The biscuit could have driven nails into the table. The French fries were over cooked, the nuggets and tenders were both passable barely.

I wish I could give this place -5. I’m sitting outside of the restaurant writing this review. My son places a mobile order, I got to the EMPTY drive-thru to pick up and I’m told I have to come inside. Again, the whole place is empty… she slams my food and then gets upset that I told her it came with a drink. Save your money.
