The food was fine. But all the time the employees are talking to each other, shouting or arguing with each other in loud tones. To top it off they wanted to charge us .50 for ketchup and bbq sauce, even though we ordered (we were a group of 15) a lot of food including fries, nuguets and tenders.

Awful customer service. Ordered two meals and they forgot to ring in the entire second meal and wanted me to pull around through the drive through again and order it again. Said forget about it and left, she didn’t even say sorry. Pulled off only to realize they forgot all the sauces for my 12 piece nugget meal. Get it together.

Please becareful going to the fox run location we went through the drive through and ordered 2 drumsticks with a biscuit, GAVE them a 20.00$ they NEVER GAVE US THE PROPER CHANGE, THEY KEPT THE MONEY AND THREW THE FOOD AT US. THIS PLACE IS SO DISRESPECTFUL, THE TWO GIRLS was very rude… I’ll never forget their face. Please becareful and check everything before you leave unfortunately we had a family emergency and was rushing. I LOVE KFC BUT THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, KFC SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO REVIEW THEIR EMPLOYEES. This was by far the best KFC that I have had in years, and I have had it in Kentucky. O would like to personally thank Jose; Danielle, and Latoya for their help and great customer service which afforded me to a wonderful meal and a great experience. Drive thru ordered family meal. Didn’t get my 6 biscuits. Corn and fries were cold. I Tried to call a dozen times but never got thru. Nobody ever answered the phone. Was not able to get grilled chicken. I was not happy with my order at all. I will not be returning to that location again.

Came to order dinner, and when I got home I did not have what I ordered.. items were missing and they had so much attitude when I went back to get it fixed . Even the second go around to get my order fixed they still forgot items. And put cold food in with hot food. Was very unsatisfied with the service I got for the price that you have to pay for

My experience was the worst I’ve ever had at any KFC. For one my chicken tenders were flat and small. I thought it was a kids meal which I didn’t order. And the biscuit was a mini dry biscuit. I ordered 12 wings, (6) buffalo and (6) unsauced. How could that be messed up? I didn’t get any buffalo wing at all. I won’t be going back there at all.
