Came in at 727pm on 8/29/23 ordered and was told to pull around. At 753pm still no food, they said “it got bumped off” another 15mins we get our food, drive home and we’re missing food. I called the store 10x and it kept saying “unavailable” the managers response was “well I was busy working” they refused a full refund. They made the one item I missed and said “if you have complaints go to our website.” And another employee comes around “yes please excuse us for being human and making one mistake”. Very professional. I’ve been on hold with their corp. number for 12 mins and still haven’t talked to anyone.

The biscuits turned gray where the old and greasy chicken touch them, I usually get Taco Bell but that day they were only serving KFC, did they look at and say I wouldn’t eat, but hey they are going through drive thru and they will be to far gone to complain, so last time for me and I ate there 2 times a week, the line behind me was long, so I know they got same deal, this was 12:30 on a week day too. Cold Mac and cheese, expired coleslaw 26.99 wasted.

COVID HOT SPOT!! WARNING! do not go here, none of the employees wear masks and are spitting out the window and fighting inside the drive through! came here tonight and pulled up to the window and there were 4 people working and not a single one with a face mask or hair net or gloves. VERY NASTY!
