KFC is by far my favorite place to get chicken. Having said that, I ordered a famous chicken bowl for my granddaughter and it was mostly mashed potatoes…I’m paying almost $7 for this chicken bowl, are you kidding me? Plus, we get the order without napkins or a spoon. It was good we were still there to get it. If I would have drove off, I would have been mad. You just can’t get good help these days! Ugh!!!

Walked in the lobby and was told very rudly that they were only serving drive thru. I told them that the signs on all the doors said lobby was open. Chubby bearded guy said he didn’t care what the sign said and that two employees called out. I recommend that he takes the signs down and he became snarky…

I literally just pulled off from this kfc location 5 minutes ago and was having difficulty backing my semi tractor out of the lot. Caucasian male who I believe to be some sort of manager came outside and directed traffic and helped me out. I’m only in my first week of trucking and this was a tremendous help. Afterwards I tried to pass him cash and he denied it. Thanks alot, excellent customer service for sure and great food

Don’t go to this place. I literally parked 20 minutes off to the side to wait for my food for someone to come out and tell me they don’t have filet chicken sandwiches. Then had to wait 10 more minutes for new food. Girl who was delivering food to cars came out vaping every time with food in her hand.

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. I ordered the chicken wraps which was horrible. The chicken was so hard and dried out and overcooked. The wrap was stale and hard. The people working there should be ashamed for serving that to a customer. That was my last time going there for anything. Plus I waited 20 minutes or longer for that. I will spend my money elsewhere.
