Horrible! I went through the drive thru and ordered extra steak on my steak quesadilla add Guacamole. Got no extra state and absolutely no Guacamole . Didn’t receive a receipt And a burn my food.

The service was awful. I order chicken which they were out of and I waited almost 30 minutes for. Opened box of food and my biscuit was soaking water from the juice of grilled chicken. I order a taco with sour cream they practically put the whole carton on sour cream on the taco.

Young lady in the drive through was very polite. I ordered a 6 piece of normal wings and small coleslaw. The wings were dry and looked old. I don’t understand why the quality of food, from the same food chain, is different in certain area. My guess, the black communities get the last resort.

Staff has always been friendly with me and I’ve never really had any issues food is always good my only complaint is the wait. I could feel my beard growing no joke its so slow. But foods good and the people are always nice to me so life goes on about 2. Pounds heavier than when I started.

This location is in my neighborhood. The drive thru was exceptionally slow today. I was at the speaker and was told to hold on and waited more than 3 minutes before someone took my order. I ordered a drink with light ice with my meal but the cup was more than half full when I got home. Also, the cookie that came with the meal was hard and stale. It was definitely more than a day old. The meal was ok but the service and attention to detail was lacking.

Everyone at this place needs to be fired. Management and employees are ghetto. Drive-thru is horribly slow. They always say don’t pull up to the drive thru window, so they can get around being timed. They run out of food items regularly. …And no one in the company cares to read these reviews! I’ve never seen a company with more one star reviews than anything else. This place is the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to.

Worst KFC/Taco Bell EVER! Slow service, rude staff, ALWAYS mess up my order, every time I come here I say I hate it and I’m never going back. But it’s the only Taco Bell in a 25 mile radius to my house . They seriously just need to clean house and hire a whole new staff, because the current ones (Managers included) are garbage!

Note to management – Customer service is on the decline. I don’t expect much when ordering fast food, but a simple “Have a nice day!” would be great. I would assume that the drive through tellers have the most contact with customers over inside associates. They need to understand the impact they have on customer perception. Tossing a bag out the window and closing the door doesn’t remotely convey that the location needs or wants my money. There are plenty of options to choose from. I would encourage all patrons to cease using any location that cannot meet the minimum customer service standard.

I have ordered the same thing for 15 years. Every time I go here Even if I tell them the exact ingredients to a Beef Burrito they get it wrong every time. How do you mess it up every time? They also have horrible waiting room times. The staff is usually pretty nice though.

This place is really nasty and has been that way for a very long time. The honey barbecue wings are never fresh and you can tell because the bones are black. The employee’s uniforms appear to be dirty and the dining and kitchen area is disgusting. New management and a surprise visit from the health department may help in this case.
