Omg. The service is horrible. I was out getting food for my coworkers and myself. I did place a separate order for 1 staff member. Well their receipt machine wasn’t working. I was offered a hand written receipt. They couldn’t print a receipt anywhere in the restaurant. 2nd order, I asked for a large fry. I learned when I received my food that they don’t allow large fry “upgrades” for combo meals. Long story short and it’s only because I don’t want to type any more. They could never get my business again. I asked for the manager’s name and they told me to look at the wall because her name and picture were on it.

I stop at this location today. I ordered a 2 PC grilled dark meat and orange twister, they didn’t have either, so ok, “give me the original and a Pepsi”. I would have left, but there was no way out of or around the drive through . When I got my food , the fries where hot and fresh “yummy “, but…and I mean a big BUT!, as soon as I pull the original dark meat leg of chicken out of the box, I noticed immediately, something is not right…this was not KFC…the breading was tight and the taste was new York fried chicken . I’m not a fan of chicken but I know KFC, Soft , tender and sweet. I need answers! very, very disappointed. Imposters!!!!

The food was good, service was ok, and a quiet atmosphere. We enjoyed our meals. However, you can not get refills from the soda fountain like other KFC’s bcuz some folks have abused the system and messed it up for others! Most people just used the drive thru window and keep it moving!

Just left the KFC in Marlow Heights. My order was wrong. I ordered a two piece dinner w/ fries and soda. I then ordered a 4 piece dinner w/ coleslaw. The chicken was old, I only got 3 pieces. I didn’t receive my coleslaw but some fries that where old and seem like they had been eaten off. I called them several times to report the mess up with the order and complain about the old chicken and small amount of fries I received and didn’t order in the first place and they won’t even answer the phone. I will never return especially after spending my money and getting less than what I paid. This ruined my Sunday night didn’t feel like cooking but now I have too. Just Horrible

Everywhere else has opened the indoors for the public. They are still doing drive-thru only. I don’t drive so this is frustrating. I ordered the 16 piece meal which comes with 4 large sides. I honestly don’t know how any one could consider these sides large. The Mac and cheese and Cole slaw look like it’s missing scoops. For 45 dollars I think I should have got more bang for my bucks.

Never again. Customer service subpar. And the food don’t look clean. (I found lint on my tenders). They don’t follow simple directions for a real simple order. I had to remind the worker for the sauce and drink, and when i had to go back in because they forgot a spoon, the lady at the counter was too lazy to grab a spoon and insisted that I use a fork. I would have left this on their internal review thing, but they didnt give me a receipt for it.

Hands down the worst. My family payed for food at 10:15pm on the app the app said it will be ready at 1030pm and that’s when we showed up. The store was already closed from the look they closed at 10pm but the signs and online say 11pm. On top this the app and the store didn’t want to give a refund so we could still go eat somewhere else.
