Truly True
Brought a basket of Chicken and the whole bucket of Chicken smell bad. Even the bag that contained the fries smell. I was not allowed to get a refund because I had already taken out two pieces and the 3rd I through in the trash can. The bucket still had 5 or 6 pieces left in it. I was told to let the chicken cool down and it will smell better. The chicken was already cool by the time I got it. The manager asked if I wanted her to make it over for me?

The staff here are rude and not properly trained. They lack in customer service. Going through the drive through and having the speaker talk coldly and short to us. Being impatient as we place our order. If your not happy at your job then you should find something else…Never have this experience at other KFC’s.

I had an awful experience with KFC and I won’t be returning. I placed an order through the app at 9:30 PM, with the app indicating that the restaurant was open until 12:00 AM. However, when I arrived at the store, it was already closed. Frustrated, I tried the drive-thru, only to be told that they had not received my order. After showing them the order confirmation, they directed me to the front door for pickup. It took an excruciating half an hour for my order to arrive, leaving us starving. To make matters worse, some items were missing and others were replaced incorrectly. The door closed again, and the drive-thru line was unbearable, so I reluctantly let it go. The staff was rude, impolite, and unhelpful. The portion sizes were small, the chicken was dry, and the soda lacked carbonation, tasting like water and sugar. The fries resembled dry wood. Overall, this experience has left me deeply disappointed and I will not be recommending KFC to anyone.

The staff was very accommodating to our family’s picky eating habits. and they were so kind with our multiple requests for honey, plates , etc. you just have to come in with the expectation that they spend quality time with each customer. if you are in a rush, don’t come here. Everyone was satisfied with the delicious fried chicken. I’ve had better biscuits elsewhere. and since the pandemic, they’ve stopped baking cookies.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Spent $50 on dinner. I was served old, hard chicken tenders. Drove back to the location, requested fresh chicken. It was a whole dilemma. Looked for different location, all the KFC’s in this area have very poor reviews. If you don’t have to have it, pass.

The service is HORRIBLE! We had to wait for the food for a long time. We ordered 2 sandwich’s and the employee put one. In the end, we got NONE! The employee kept on talking to a person. After we told them that we don’t have any of our sandwiches he acted like nothing happened and kept on talking. I would rather eat McDonald’s than eating this!

The way at the drive-through to order was 15 minutes and another 10 minutes at the window, The cashier was trying to help but definitely something was going on in the kitchen they also had this kit playing around trying to help, The manager was there no glove not uniform she was very rude, at the end I was trying to cancel the order because I didn’t trust they forced me to get the food and charge me twice

I said I wasn’t ready at the window and every 30 seconds was asked if I was ready yet in a “fed up” tone. I should have left after that. I attempted to order and was told they have no fountain drinks but they do have sweet or unsweetened tea (both with caffiene). Apparently if you order a meal that comes with a drink while they are out of all fountain drinks, there is no way you can get a substitution for the drink. You can just pay for the drink and not get one though – as the rude cashier pointed out by replying “nah” when I asked. Not an extra biscuit, nothing. They couldn’t have done more to dissuade me from wanting to make a purchase or ever return. Don’t waste your time coming here.
