I very seldom eat fast food anymore and this place reminded me why. Maybe I just has a bad experience but this seems to be a pattern. I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip big box, was told to pull up and they’ll bring it out. 20 minutes later after 6 or 7 cars came and went, no food. I went inside and they didn’t know I was out there. I got my order. This chicken was barely breaded, rubbery and small. What happened to KFC? Skip it, there are too many of good restaurants within sight to go here.

I’m really upset and disappointed with this location! I received a wrong order after waiting minutes for it. Only to come home and ready to eat then get this disappointment. Ordered number 4 on the menu and got chicken tenders instead. Y’all should hire someone with good ears to take correct orders.

Horribly dirty.. no tables were cleaned. Trash totally full. Food was cold and nasty. Fries looked like they were 3 hours old. Chicken was hard. Nobody working in there but a manager and 1 employee and they got our order wrong and no silverware given for the potatoes or coleslaw. Used to love this place. Has gone way downhill. Won’t be back. Chick FIL A is right next door and a better option.

Time to officially leave this location alone. Today was the worst experience with them. Drive thru person was resting her fat behind on the window counter where food should go not her lazy buttox. Had the nerve to give out warm and flat fountain drinks with a broken ice machine. To top it off, I received the darkest KFC chicken in the history as it appears they’re using super old grease. Hello owner? Where you at and what’cha doing about this downhill spiral?? Sleaziness at it’s finest….

We are international travellers and I have to say we could not eat the food served to us. The fries looked like they had been refried several times, same with the tenders, and chicken pieces nuked. Forgot the utensils, and when asked the staff plastic spoons were handed over w/o a word. Restrooms floor sticky. C’mon guys, you can do better.

Very disappointed. I ordered the Fill Up Box and what a letdown! First, I got no sauces, but I was willing to overlook that at first, but it got worse from there. I got 3, not 4 pieces of chicken and this tiny pile of nuggets, which if there were 8, they were 8 of the tiniest nuggets ever! The fries were tasty, but barely enough to feed obe person! It was nothing like advertised! What a shame!

The staff informed us that they only change the grease on Fridays so the chicken was very dark because of old grease. The the lobby hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Cleanliness matters foe me.

Restaraunt owner here. Worst KFC I have been to ever. Chicken was very old like it was reheated. I have pictures and receipt to prove I was there. Girl at the register was courteous. Sierra mist was the only thing good! Animals on 95 will enjoy.

Tried to go through drive through at 6pm for a 16 piece dinner meal and was told to wait while they checked if they had enough chicken. After waiting for 10 minutes another person asked if we had already ordered and explained there would be a wait for a 16 piece classic meal.
