The drive through person was the nastiest ugliest person ever! She was very rude ! She basically tried to tell me what I wanted before I ordered. Then she told me I better have my form of payment ready before I get to the window. Then when I got to the window one lady gave me my food and then another women put her head out the window and told me to told me to pull off ! I have never been talked to like that before by anyone!

Everything would of been great with getting some KFC that I haven’t had in years but the employees are so rude and impatient. They just don’t care when you talk when you order, and ignore everything you say. Elizabeth if I remembered her name with in the 10 minute of being there. She was very nice. Columbia makes it hard to order anything around here. People seem like they just want to be disrespectful for no reason and not work.

At the Columbia store the staff always seems unhappy to see us, frustrated perhaps bored. I tried to be a cheery person. My smile and happy to see you attitude was met with the stone face. My yes please and thank you after she confirmed my order was met with another stone face and…$67! The food is great, The friendliness of the servers on the other hand… Not So Much. And this lady was a manager I believe. Don’t get me wrong I like people but I would like people, especially those whom I’m paying for a service to like me back. This was my third not so great trip to your Columbia store. After making this complaint I will try it one more time if things do not change I will not return to that store and may have to take my business to Popeye’s instead. I’m sorry to complain thank you for your time.

I just went through the drive through. I have been going here for a few years. The drive through person was nasty and short with me like he was trying to rush me off. I asked simple question and got a twisted face and rude answer. Not to mention my chicken was tough and they didn’t give me any napkins. I think this will be my last time patronizing this establishment. The employee treated me like he was doing me a favor and I was bothering him.

Went to try the big box dinner. Absolutely pitiful. The biscuits were hard, at best. The chicken nuggets were a joke. The frys were over cooked or set out to long. KFC NEVER AGAIN. SAD AT BEST.

Ordered online to pick up. Came to the store and was told my order was canceled without any reasons. Kept saying they don’t know and let me stood there myself. They didn’t care at all. Told me to reorder . I asked them could I order now. They told me they not open yet, it was 10:40am. Told me to order online again. Wasted of my time driving there. Attitude of the staff are not acceptable. They are not enjoying their work, lazy, use barehands to touch foods. Yes, I happened to see everything while they let me stood there and not offering for any assistance.

Beware. Had to wait 40 mins to pick up an online order. The store entry was locked. No one even bothered to check who was outside. Some of the employees were not wearing a mask. Once brought home, the chicken was not edible and purely disgusting. Also found hair in the bucket. Everything went to trash. Thinking that going back to the store and complaining would be a waste of more time and energy, contacted HQ via twitter and email for a refund. No response. Not sure how this chain became so horrible. See photos.

I went to this location 10 minutes before they close. I stood at the drive-through for a few minutes and was saying hello. Hello anybody there and nobody responded then finally a lady responded and when I told her my order she said they don’t have anything. I asked again as it was not their closing time that you guys don’t have anything and she very rudely replied that we are closing in five minutes and we don’t have anything, I don’t know what kind of a customer service is this but if you close 10 or 15 minutes early, why do you advertise that you close at 11 terrible customer service terrible employee and overall terrible experience. Do not falsely advertise your time When you close early, I will never go to this location again.
