They do not do curbside delivery. There phone was busy or off the hook. Left with no choice but to go through the long drive through. Ordered online due to a large order. Side order was missing. Was original told they didn’t know what order I had. They did quickly find it. I had to remind them of the one and only soda to watch the manger over fill and get a sticky cup. I called corporate due to being unable call them directly. Corporate was fantastic and are sending a voucher for the cost of missing item. Even so that doesn’t make up for the missing side. I think I’ll go to Columbia KFC in the future.

I love the extra crispy chicken. Spicy or mild. Staff is usually ready and willing when I walk in. I also love the fact that it is split between Taco Bell and KFC. My kids do the chicken and I can get my Taco Bell fix. No fuss for us when we come here.

I Stopped by the Drive thru this morning around 11:30. The spicy chicken sandwich was hard and dry as if they cooked it hours ago. Hot wings were undercooked and coleslaw was dry. Shame on me for going back to this one after having issues in the past. I wanted to return it but they failed to put my receipt in the bag. You can’t make this stuff up!!

8:15pm, fresh food was gone/ limited. Ordered and waited 20 minutes for fresh food. Started cleaning up and mopping the floors… Was pretty hard eating hot food and smelling the fumes from the mop bucket. Kids had a bad time there as well.

Only tried once. It was really busy at lunch time. They had difficulty keeping up in the kitchen but I’m not sure what the daily lunch rush is like. Maybe need to hire more lunch staff. I waited 15min and it got busier after I ordered. Lobby looked clean. Workers seemed efficient, not rude, but politely distant. I wouldn’t go between noon and 1 again…

I thought it was ok, the wait is average, I think it just sucks that they never have what you want ready. But at least you know it’s fresh. The cashiers are cool, and if they meds up your order they usually just fix it right on the spot.

Girl at the cash register was nice but got told they didn’t have honey barbecue chicken wings. The hell?! I though honey barbecue wings were one of their signature dishes?! Ordered hot wings instead and they were dry, tough, and way over-cooked. I knew it was going to be a disappointing meal but this was a lot more disappointing than I thought it would be…

I ordered 8 pieces basket and the wing had hair in side! We just wanna change that wing piece instead of the whole order but the cashier lady just took the piece checking in front of other customers rudely! No any apologize! I said : i just want another piece of wing ! That all!! They took the wing and never gave me another one ! I hv to ask another time !!! Bad customer service !! They need to learn how to serve customer !

Taco Bell drive-thru was open @ 1230am. The food was fresh & hot. The staff was professional, warm, patient & friendly. I was reluctant to stop for fear of disappointment. Im so glad I stopped it was well worth the U-turn..LOL I was impressed with the fresh hot food. I ordered a side of potatoes but they were dry smoothered with cheese & sour cream. Otherwise great experience 4stars
