Had to wait for Pot pie, then also only had dark meat ready but did get white since waiting on pot pie. Server staff very polite and friendly and wait time was spot on. Not sure how they stay open, not much business noted during wait and then not having items available but wait equates to fresh vs getting something sitting in a warmer for who knows how long. So mixed review and food was good in end.

I had the extra crispy it was very good but it seems to me that the original Recipe at any KFC is not the same I remember back in the 60s 70s and 80s it was much better after the 90s it changed. But this KFC visit was very good.

Absolute worst kfc I’ve ever been to. I understand being backed up which is why I didn’t complain about it taking 30 minutes for my food to come out. However, when it comes out 30 minutes late and my food is wrong. I then have a problem. I ordered a sweet tea, only to receive an unsweetened tea. This was a mobile or so it wasn’t like they misheard me. I didn’t receive the sauces for my meal either. The cashier was not at all friendly and it was just a terrible experience. Definitely never recommend coming to this location unless a staff change happens.

I have been told that they don’t have any wings on 2 separate occasions. One day, I was told the computer crashed, and they could not take orders for at least an hour. I put up with this because I love KFC. However, my last visit was yesterday because the chicken was undercooked to the point where there was blood in the meat. SMH

Waited in the drive through for forever. Other cars behind and infront were pulling out of the line. Didnt get the right sides with my chicken once I did get my food. Staff takes customer service to a whole new low. Wasn’t gonna leave a review because it is what it is. Just didnt plan on going back. However, within an hour of eating I was throwing it back up. It was almost immediate. Cant even imagine what the food safety is like in that place.

This really is the worst KFC. I mean you’re better off going to the one at Westside shopping center. The outside of that one looks real dingy but I tell you what you’re going to get much better customer service. Here if they’re not closing early, they’re out of food. This place is always out of food. The people have zero customer service skills, you’d think they could at least act like they are supposed to be professional; I am choosing to spend my money here. Not here nope this is the worst. Don’t go here or give these people your money they need to be fired and they need to hire new people. Hopefully whoever owns this KFC location will read this and see that the people they gave a job to, who they who they pay, are losing them money.

This is my second time waiting for a 30-minute online order, really?? Poor management. Bad name for KFC.. KFC Reconsider franchising to this location. They closed the store because they were very busy with online order. I had to go via drive-through and waited 45 minutes more. I would have left if I hadn’t paid for the order. Total wait time 1hr15min. I’m never ever going to this place again. May be I should stop eating at KFC.

Don’t ever go to this kfc. Don’t order food from here either. I’m a dasher and this KFC had their doors locked, I went thru the drive thru just for them to say go inside, the door unlocked. This place play too many damn games. Horrible employees and management.
