As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a very friendly cashier. I quickly placed my order and in a very short time received my food. The food was fresh and tasted great. Lots of other fast food restaurants have jacked their prices up due to “inflation” but the prices here are very reasonable. If you are looking for a delicious fast food meal at a reasonable price look no further.

Food was ready right away, but they messed up my very simple order. Asked for a #17 meal, it didn’t come with the cookie, only the entree. Also they asked what I wanted to drink, and I said Dr. Pepper but got Pepsi 🙁 Pepsi is awful, how could you do this to me, KFC? The no cookie was bad enough.

Store was understaffed so food took forever, which we understood. But they did not put our biscuits in with our family meal, which was a huge bummer. We should have checked, but everything was tied up in the bags. The lady in the drive thru was very pleasant.

Food was good. Had to wait a long time for the food going through the drive thru. Other people were getting frustrated and just going in to get their food. They also have an issue with centipedes. Saw at least six at the entrance.

The food is very tasty. There is an older gentleman who is most likely the manager and a very nice person. The younger guy working today wasn’t too polite when I asked for my drinks that were behind the counter and at an angle only the employees could reach. But the older gentleman made up for it by being polite and using humor about the situation. This location is better than most I’ve visited throughout Maryland.

Employee have low morale and bad attitude. They are understaffed it seems but that’s not an acceptable excuse for being rude to customers. Food took forever but that’s understandable given the short staff situation.
