I haven’t had KFC in so long , so I’ve decided to get some today. I got a FAMOUS BOWL. Of course it barely had gravy & cheese melted the customer service was ok but I had to wait 25 minutes for my famous bowl and single biscuit. Remind you it was only one car in front of me and we both had to wait and after that cars had to order and park . I’m guessing that they are short on staff. They should have offered something while we all had to wait patiently. I will go back though , food fresh and I can’t wait till they bring back honey wings.

The workers here are always very nice, but every time I come here they are out of something. Either they are out of chicken completely or limited of each meat type. It takes 40min for the chicken to be made, so I’ve waited one time. Then, another time they didn’t have biscuits ready. So I waited 15min for biscuits.

i dont go often but every single time i have go or had a friend go to get some for a group or friends or whatever occasion regardles the time they never have chicken available, i appreciate freshly fried chicken but they never have any chicken not tenders nor pieces always absolutely always ask you to wait 10-15 or 15-20 minutes… not 1 time in years i could go order and leave with my food always have to park and wait forever.

Amazing hard working staff. Got 8 pc chic, tenders, sides and biscuit with a bunch of sauces. The food is delicious as always, always cooked to perfection and the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. This is probably by 4th or 5th time at this KFC just this month and I’ve experienced nothing but quality food and service thus far. Highly recommended.

Every time we come to this location, we wait over 30 minutes and they aren’t busy. I’m not sure if they wait for people to order before starting up their fryers, but it’s ridiculous. I’ve never had this problem at other locations. Definitely not ordering from this location again. Customer service is horrible. Honestly, I don’t know how this location is still open.

It’s local to me and apparently poor management every time I’ve been there has been a problem. I was charged for chicken that was unavailable but part of the meal. Had to cancel DoorDash tonight, because it couldn’t be filled. So whomever owns this KFC need to you steep up and see what’s going on on here… and the the service is is poor at best. ..I’m coming from a customer service industry and that’s pretty bad.

Went to this location on two separate occasions and both required us to park and wait 15+ minutes for our order. After 15 minutes, we went inside and they still had to prepare the order. They also had trouble remembering our order of only two items.

Ordered one hour ahead of time, arrived at the time specified on the order. NOTHING WAS READY. Had to wait 25 minutes after time and just got 2 extra biscuits for my wait. Baaad management!!
