We arrived really late, right before they were about to close. Staff was friendly and joking with us, which was great. Our biscuits and food were slightly dry and not fresh-tasting, but that’s probably because we got there late. Fried Chicken is not for me.

I was kinda surprised that they allow soliciting in the restaurant. I didn’t get what I ordered but it was hot, I guess. They were chairs and tables but you couldn’t sit. I was just hungry and wanted some food. Greenmount restaurant aren’t very good

Very short-staffed, hectic, unorganized, & chaotic. Long wait of 25+ minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Maybe 2 staff working the front and 1-2 back there cooking, LAWD. Portion sizes for chicken & sides could’ve been bigger though; they were kinda SKIMPY. Food was hot, fresh. Staff very nice. Looked clean inside. Food was delicious. But got a headache trying to get 2 meals for some relatives I was going to visit. I will try to avoid this particular location although a lot of KFC’s closed down like the 1 that used to be close to me in Glen Burnie. Damn!

Just started going here a couple months ago. Visited 4 times during that period, always late morning. Hate the bullet proof glass seperator and the general appearance is glum. Needs fresh paint. Those are my only complaints. Staff has always been great and the food on point.

The condition of this KFC location is very poor and sad to see. The doors are broken. The seating area is tapped off and the chairs have been removed. The bathroom is very old and dirty. There is no drive through and I did not feel safe going in this KFC location.

Avoid this location. Arrived there just before 3 pm and it took 30 minutes to order and get the food. The cashier missed an item on my order so I had to reorder the missing item and wait another 5-10 minutes. When I asked for butter for the two biscuits I was handed 1 packet (I thought that giving butter and honey for the biscuits was standard) and after I left I discovered that the soda syrup had run out and my soda was basically just carbonated water. Miserable experience. I would have abandoned the whole endeavor if it weren’t for the fact that I was buying the food for my mom who’s in the hospital.

Hello everyone I went there because I was craving chicken I got the new combo $6 meal two dinners I bit into my chicken in the chicken was raw I asked my husband to take a bite of his it was raw too I tried to call them back but the phone stayed busy I even tried to do the survey to at least to get a free chicken sandwich buy one get one free but I was one day past the expiration date when you come home from work and you buy something from a restaurant for dinner you expect it to be done it was too far for me to drive back to it .it was on Greenmount Avenue I would like to have my $17 back or my two six dollar combo meals money is hard to come by these days and everyone is on a tight budget eating out has become a pleasure not a need so when you get a little bit of money to eat out please have the food done and taste like something
